“I've rented from Budget/Avis in Puyallup multiple times. Between having my car in the shop and adult kids coming to visit, it's probably been about 5-6 times. They're down to earth people who try to help you get the best deal. They aren't fancy with fake smiles and have never tried to push anything I didn't ask for. They've been flexible and honest about all charges. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for an easy rental car experience.”

“I called Elon the Assistant Manager and told him I needed a luxury SUV for 7 people so I can drive my wife and her friends around for a ladies night and they delivered 100%. We ended up with a Jeep Wagoneer fully loaded for the night. I was able to safely and comfortably get this woman to dinner and Devil Wears Parata safety and comfortably.
