I wish I could give this location negative reviews. Manager is a witch, hates her job to a point was extremely rude to everybody. Her personal life must be miserable, ugly inside out. I simply needed notarization but she lied said I needed to make an appointment for it, I've banked with chase many years and never had to do that. Notarization is one of the service that their bankers do for their customers. So I ended up going to a different chase bank and got my papers notarized right away by one of their bankers. I was being so extra that day as well, I was so worked up I drove back afterwards and confronted the witch at south hill location asked why she was the way she was, she lied said she didn't understand what I was saying. (I'm Asian) Now it turned into a racist excuse, I was even more upset. I didn't want to cause a scene and get arrested so I told her hair looked like piglet's hair. I know it doesn't make any sense but once you see those 2 sad strings hanging from her sad witch glasses wearing face you'll agree with me. Anyways, she's a disgrace to human kind and I'll tell her that she's a witch every single time when I see her.

I'm about to deploy and needed to get the guardianship papers for my cousin to take my children signed by a notary. The blonde woman at the front desk was annoyed before we even spoke. She was very condescending when explaining the notary process to us. When I said "oh, this isn't our first rodeo." To let her know we knew what to do. She said "well it's his." When referring to the notary. After, she tried to say that Chase doesn't notarize guardianship papers. I let her know that I had them signed by Chase before. She got an attitude and said "policies change." My cousin had mentioned that the woman was being really rude. I said simply "this isn't wonderful customer service." She then asked us to leave the bank. I know that Saturdays are busy for banks but I have never encountered such a rude, unhappy, person in customer service. We went down the road to the Chase by the South Hill mall and they helped us no problem. Don't bother with this branch. They need to rethink who they hire and get someone who actually likes working with people.

BANK DOESN'T ACCEPT CASH DEPOSITS. I went through the drive Thur to deposit $200 cash. Sat there for over 10 mins with nobody coming to help or just let me know they would help me asap. I decided to go in because I wanted to make sure they received my deposit. There was 3 people in line and 3 employees helping 3 other customers at their windows. All 3 drive Thur lanes had cars waiting. I saw one of the tellers grab the tube (a long with 2 other tubes) I sent so, I went up and told him I'd been waiting in the drive Thur but, no one came to help. He apologized and then told be that he couldn't accept my cash deposit because of fraud. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! Your a bank!!! I get there are a lot a issues with money, financial stuff but, you really need to change this policy. Totally ridiculous. There's a lot of competition as far as banking goes. I will choose a bank that will accept cash. You guys really need to come up with a better plan to check cash if it such a huge issue.

The best experience I had was when I opened my bank account. After that I couldn't ask them basic questions and get an answer. I went in recently to get help with opening a savings bond account at a completely different financial institution that specifically deals with savings bonds (that place is a disaster itself) so I could transfer savings bonds my godmother bought for me to cash out, needed a form signed by a bank to prove that I am me in order to open an account since it's all done online. Teller had to get the branch manager who was very rude. She kept saying she had no idea what the form was, we explained what it was (the form clearly stated what the purpose of it was at the top of the form, branch manager kept looking through it). Then she said she needed to physically see the bonds before she could - correction - would sign the form. She kept saying she had no idea what to do, we kept asking who we could call or speak to who could help us, she kept saying she had no idea. Never directed us to a help line/1-800 line or anything. My banker there who sent me back home the previous time I tried to get help with the form apparently didn't show up for work or something either. No idea what that was about but she wasn't a whole lot of help either, very nice lady, not a whole lot of help. Bottom line: this branch is clearly not well run. They can't help you with much and they won't direct you to anyone who can help you (or may be able to help you). The branch manager either had a really bad day the last time I was there or she's just a very rude and unhelpful person.

Management here is a joke they can't do anything in person you have to call the 1-800 # for everything. What good is a bank that has 1 person running the front counter but 3 other people walking around and the manager in her office on the phone clearly on a personal call and was upset when she had to come assist! She was a very snooty bit*h with a stick up her a**! Joke! Don't ever go here! Wish my mortgage loan was with another company! One star is giving to much!!

Chase is the worst corporation I've ever encountered. Their customer service in the face of a family tragedy has deterred me from ever becoming a customer and I will recommend to anyone who will listen to avoid them at all costs.

Dear Chase. I am a client at Morgan Stanley. I've had the Platinum American Express card for years. I finally decided to use a benefit of my P. American express card in late July 2019 and open up your Marriott BONVoY CHASE card. Today with ZERO reason only (3 month) after it's been open. I'm told my account is closed? And only by letter in 7 to 14 days. I'll then find out why? Why not now? I do not even have a traffic ticket, never did a charge back, never called with a complaint. So what's this about? All the lady could say, affiliate had a problem? That would of needed to be some big problem and you would think I would of known about it and get the hint of what she's speaking of... BUT I do NOT. I am a good person. YOU make me feel as I'm apart of some crime or law suit. WHICH I AM NOT. I don't feel this is justice to have me feel this way for another minute,,, and your asking to wait another 7 to 14 days. Insane!!! And Disappointed in how you do business.

Thank you Yovi Floresc for making my experience at chase so wonderful. Yovi is professional and experienced, and will go above and beyond for you. Opening my first business account was an intimidating task but Yovi made it a breeze. She is an incredible human being and Chase is very lucky to have her

Disappointed!! As a former employee I had nothing but high expectations when it came to Chase and their customer service. But I had the worst experience to date on 7/5/19. As soon as we walked in We weren't greeted, we waited about 40 min to be attended. Spent about another 30 min with the banker trying to get a an endorsement guarantee. He called and got the ok. Turned out he didn't want to give us the guarantee because the check was missing the last part of our business name. Ok! We had to go all the way back to the customer so he can fill in the remainder part of the check. Keep in mind our business account is with chase, all of our accounts are at chase. We were trying to get a cashiers check from the customer's bank to bring back and deposit at our bank account with chase. 10 min later we got the check fixed, we came back and had 40 min left before the customers bank closed for us to go back and get a cashiers check. It took another 30 min before we were attended, the banker who was helping us didn't bother call us back to his desk to finish the job when he saw us walk through those doors. It was taking too long and we were running out of time. We don't live in that area, we had to drive 40 min to meet up with the customer. The invoice had been pending for 7 months, so you can just imagine our frustration. I requested the manager but he took about another 15 min to come out and help us. He eventually came out and gave us the endorsement guarantee within 5 mins. We literally had 10 min left to get back to the customers bank and have them issue us the cashiers check. This experience was unpleasant and overall disappointing.

So Chase has free notary service for account holders. Figures they would be able to "Witness" an insurance form. Confused and not terribly bright, the manager, Marcella Moon, directed me to Staples.

Dear Chase, DISAPPOINTED is not even the word, me and my husband have been loyal customers of Chase for more than 7 years. . The past month there where two external factor that made our account go negative (One big check cashed way beyond their initial dated time and second a transfer from another institution that was delayed) . I have now been charged $204 IN FEES. . Upon calling Chase customer service they advised me that the only thing they could do is refund $22 dollars. . Is this a joke? Is this how this company treats they loyal customers? We feel extremely taken advantage of and are extremely upset with this situation, there is no other possible solution since your customer department seems not to understand the situation. . At the end of the day we are all human beings and your company is unforgiving with hardships. There is no other option than moving to CAPITAL ONE 360. Best, A & M
