Michael was very knowledgeable and patient as I tried out three different types of beds. I found the perfect fit for me and I appreciate him giving me all the inside information on the mattress that I chose! Also, he set me up with the delivery date that was closer in because he checked the logs and found a cancellation which allowed me to get my mattress sooner! Excellent service!

The experience we had at this location has lead us to never buy from Sleep Number again, the salesman made false statements regarding delivery and stated that I would never have to call as they always call customers. I had to call several times regarding delivery dates. I had left messages with no call backs. They will tell you what you want to hear just to make the sale, after that you're on your own.

I came into sleep number not knowing anything and left feeling so happy with my new purchase! Jonathan helped me through the entire process. When I first walked in he greeted me and asked some basic questions. I was able to try out different kinds of mattresses and he demonstrated some of the features and one of my favorite the individualFit 3-D imaging where I could visually see where my body puts the most pressure and then by changing the firmness of the bed, I could visually see the pressure lessen. (Picture included). The whole experience was great, I definitely recommend Jonathan he made me feel confident that I made the right decision in choosing sleep number.
And if management is seeing this, give him a raise!! :)

Update: I originally gave a 4 star review. But since then, they tried to deliver the new bed but couldn't get it up the stairs and into the bedroom. Come to find out, the manager never asked us if this could be a problem. They are suppose to ask these questions. I called and then texted the manager. No response. I need a full refund.
Original: The beds are great. We have had one for over 20 years. The manager quoted us a price and when we went to pay, it was more than was quoted. Said it was a misunderstanding. No, we had the quote with us and they still wouldn't lower the price. The manager said maybe they will adjust it later. Not holding my breath. Most places, when the product is paid for, that is the end of the deal. If they adjust the price, then I'd give them a 5 star.
