Excellent service was provided by Amaiya. Super professional, knowledgeable, and looked at the best option to save me money. You don't often find someone in retail willing to go above and beyond for th customer, but Amaiya strikes me as someone that provides top-notch service every time! Highly recommend this store.

Switch from AT&T which I had for over 20+ years. Manager made me feel like a VIP and made the switch over process go smoothly with no issues. Upgraded phones as well with no issues. Great customer service. I will be recommending that people come here for their cell phone needs.

This is not against any particular store, as the employees have all been great and as helpful as possible. This is for tmobile in general, they suck!! I switched from Verizon with the promise of lowering my bill, with Verizon I had 5 lines 3 phones with payments and 2 tablets and paid 250 roughly a month (with youtubetv roadside assistance unlimited Hotspot etc) tmobile I have 2 lines no payments and my bill is 232!! I'm supposed to have Netflix but don't and everything me or an emoyee try it says oops we've got our wires crossed, supposed to have Microsoft 365 same thing don't have it, Hotspot that I pay for ya don't work as soon. As anything connects our phones will turn off, and when I have full 5g bars my phone don't work oh and my husband added internet (?♀️) and since we have the 2 qualifying lines we should get the $20 discont but nope we still pay full price! I have called and tried different stores and no one can seem to fix these problems so I just gotta deal with it! Oh my favorite is when I get the texts for free tablets or whatever I click on it get all the way to the end and it says sorry call an associate SMH I wish I never left Verizon they are amazing t mobile you suck!

Everything was good. The guy who helped me was rushing. He would interrupt me between my questions before and when I was asking. I just wish it was someone else who helped me. Other than that, outstanding!

Switched from AT&T , the transition went smoothly and customer service was excellent. The sales rep answered all my questions and explained the different data plan to me to fit my needs!

Anytime I have a problem with my phone I always come to this store ! Bryanna always take such good care of my friends and family . If your having problems with your current carrier I highly recommend checking them out

Do not go to this T-Mobile horrible customer service from the manager Russell I've went to this T-Mobile twice and he's refused to do anything for anybody it's always super packed and a long line for customer service the manager Russell is rude. I do not recommend going to this location

Bryanna R. and the amazing staff at store #2816 need more than five stars. The highest customer service I have had in many many years. I left Verizon after almost 20 years after to many bad experiences. Bryanna and the amazing staff went above and beyond my expectations on setting up my new business account. The process was unbelievably seamless and the customer service was impressive and by far the best I’ve had in years. Thank you Bryanna and staff for all your amazing help??

This is a very good T-Mobile to go to. They have issues with their systems at times just like others in the area, but they still work with you and make it possible for you to come in the next day and finish getting things wrapped up. Amaiya was the one that ended up helping me with everything I wanted or needed done. Everyone in this store is super helpful and friendly. I could see myself working with them or just being friends with them. It also helps that I have had to go back in multiple times due to one hiccup or another regarding either watch issues, screen protector issues, or just system issues. Don't go on expecting them to bow down to you. Expect to have a friendly encounter and for them to do what they can to help. It will go much further. If I am in the area again, I will probably just stop in just to say hello.
