Brought my 04 Sequoia in for a new stereo with Bluetooth and everything. Also had it detailed inside and out. They did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. We’re very happy with it.

My Toyota tacoma was left for the entire day to have the upper and lower engine cleaned, and exterior washed and waxed.I picked it at 4pm to find the exterior not washed/waxed. When I asked about the exterior I was told "that work item didn't get transferred to other paperwork", and I was handed my keys with oh sorry about that.I was disappointed after spending more than $300 that I wasn't offered better customer service especially when I was willing to pay 167 dollars for a wax service on top of what I already paid. I could have been offered to come back, a discount, how about a sincere apology for not doing what was promised? On another note the engine steam was not worth the money at all. Not sure who they have doing this work but total lacks attention to detail. Don't waste your money with this place!!!! If my vehicle were a dealer vehicle things would be much different.I've used VanCours for years, I won't be back. Apparently, they don't need my business. Find somewhere else to go.I also noticed all the 4-5 star ratings are from 2021 and older, they must have gone through some staff changes since then. Dont spend your money here!!!!!!!!

Professional, knowledgeable, and experienced in what they do. We had our new vehicle ceramic coated and they kept up posted all along the way when the unexpected came up. To the extra time to ensure it was done correctly.

I'm a first time customer to VanCour's and I'm very happy with the work they did on my sedan. I had detailing done inside and out. I'll be doing business with them again in the future.

Complete waste of money,. Engine bay was left dirty in many spots, which they did remove the charge for that service. When, pointing out that the exterior of the vehicle was dirty in several places, they informed me that the wash is a courtesy of the package. It is clearly labeled wash and interior cleaning. I sat there and watch them hand wash a large pick up for over an hour so their excuse was nothing but an excuse. Do not waste your time or money bringing your vehicle to this location. I could’ve done a similar job in my driveway at home in less than two hours. They tried to offer some way to make up for it at which point I declined. There’s no way I was going to leave my vehicle with the same people that most likely got yelled at for not doing their job to now potentially do damage to it. Best option was to pay them for their services rendered no matter how poorly it was done I never use them again.

Would never use this place again. Broke part of door frame and didn't put all 4 door frame pieces back together correctly and not sure what they did to make the silver coating on my control knobs all peel off....

Great detail shop. They do get busy, so scheduling is a must. Plan to go in soon for a deep carpet clean.
