I love this little post office. I’m not super savvy on packaging and shipping stuff out but anytime I come here with questions or not completely sure what to do, the staff has always been so kind and helpful. And they are always so friendly and sweet to my kids. They do an amazing job here! The parking lot is very, very small with I believe only 4 parking spots, just as a heads up!

HORRIBLE service. The last 2 packages I've sent went "missing" and never showed at their destinations. The first package was valued at $115 and after it disappeared, I had to send another package to my customer. It was the same product at the same value, with an extra $100 in insurance and it also went missing. I paid for 2 day flat rate shipping and they refuse to give an explanation. Rude customer service and clearly they do not know how to do their job.

We live half way between the Bonney Lake post office and the South Prairie post office. We used the one in Bonney Lake for 6 months, and it was a nightmare! Between the long lines and the horrible parking lot, we couldn't wait for our 6 months to be over! Luckily, there was a box available in South Prairie. It has been a dream!!! Never any long lines to deal with, and the parking lot is easy to get in and out of. And the best part is the staff! So kind and friendly. So glad that we made the swap!!

Great prices on po boxes but the worker didn't seem to be too hair to be there. Still got what I needed done and they helped me when they didn't have to.
