The people there are very helpful and willing to answer any questions or guide you with what you need. They will even help you with things out to your car without even having to ask them. Between the south and Ace and the 112th St., Ace. They are the only two that I will go to even if I am near a different store.

I went in to purchase a 400$ Blackstone griddle and a few small items. A younger guy ask me right away if I needed help. I ask about free delivery, which he knew nothing about so he got Charlie who has been there for some time. Charlie said yes no problem on the delivery. I told them I needed to pick up a few other small items. The store has fairly recently been moving depts and so forth around. So I had some difficulty locating my other items and no one was available to help me although they were not busy. When I was ready to go I was ignored. So I left. Lost sale. I went to a different Ace and made my purchases. This store for many decades was far and away better than any other ace in my opinion. Since it was sold a few years ago things have been slipping to this point. Now it's just another store with poor customer service. Sad.

My family and I recently purchased a home in the area and have been shopping at this location for over three months. The staff has always been helpful, which is why today’s experience stood out. I came in for advice on removing a screw from patio furniture, and while one associate recognized me and was willing to help, he was instructed not to assist further by a co-owner (Tamara Harrison)
As a regular customer and supporter of small businesses, this interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and less welcome at this location.

Everybody is always friendly. My dog always gets pets and treats from the staff. Reggie is awesome! He always helps me with my painting needs and patiently answers my 400 questions!
