A big shout out to Ava at the Spanaway store for the Herculean effort she gave to support my wife and mother-in-law when we stopped in the store. Ms Ava helped to sort through a fraudulent billing issue that the customer service hotline had been no help with. She was supportive, kind and helpful. We got the issue resolved after much back-and-forth with the online help desk all while she also assisted other in-store customers. She was the only employee in the store and managed to address multiple customers with a friendly positive attitude. On her last day in the Spanaway store, before transferring to the Olympia store, she made life better for my mother-in-law and my wife.

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service I have received from AT&T. The experience has been extremely frustrating and has caused me significant inconvenience.
The issues began when I traded in my device and it was subsequently lost by AT&T. Despite my efforts to locate the device, I have been provided with conflicting information and have been unable to resolve the matter.
Furthermore, I was misled by a sales representative who provided inaccurate information regarding the cost of my service plan. This has resulted in unexpected charges and has added to my frustration.
I have made multiple visits to the store and have spoken with the manager, but the situation remains unresolved. I have also been on hold for extended periods of time when calling customer service, only to be disconnected without speaking to a representative.
I am deeply disappointed with the level of service I have received and would like to request immediate assistance in resolving these issues. I would appreciate a prompt response and a fair resolution to this matter.

Scammers stay away. My husband bought a phone for his 84 yr old Mom and they made him think he was buying it outright and put insurance on the phones (2nd phone) when he said no. He returned the 1st phone 3 days later and they never shut it off, said it would take awhile but it's been 3 months. We are long time at&t customers we had good faith but realize they are now Scammers and liars even the online help. I'm going to the Attorney General.

During normal hours of business at about 5pm to 530pm closed with no notice on the door. Just in case it was break time or late lunch time I waited about 40 minutes, noticed the lights inside were off.
Bad business!

I have been with at&t for 10+ years and I recently went into this store to upgrade my phone. The employee told me that they were running a special of free airpods with iphone upgrade. I told him I already have a set of airpods and did not need a paid and he again informed me that the air pods were free but i should of known that there is no such thing as FREE. after couple of billing cycles i realized my bill was higher our normal and when i looked into it we are being charged a monthly fee of about $28 per airpod pro set. My husband also got a pair with a diff employee who also failed to mention the monthly fee. I went in there to talk to their new manager and he was no help. Pretty much told me to pay off the airpods or i am stuck with the monthly fee. Not once did he ask his employee if he is giving out the wrong information. I know i am not the only one this has happened to. I know it’s hard to meet your numbers some days guys but not so hard when you can lie through your teeth. Shame on you JB and the manager for not handling this situation in the manner it should have been handles. I am also a small business owner and I talk to alot of people. I will make sure this experience is shared with everyone I know. Please find another store and honest people to help you. This place will be reported to the attorney general.1/24The owner replied to my review and asked me to send an email to see if we can come to a resolution. 3-4 emails later and over a month has gone by and no one has even acknowledged that an email was received. This whole business is a scam, I will now be reporting this business to the attorney general because these people need to stop lying to their customers.

Friendly but incompetent. Employee activated a hotspot incorrectly which was around $100 on my monthly bill and haven’t been able to get a refund from ATT. They sold my wife and I iPhones with the promise of a $5/month promotion. Had to call ATT customer service a couple of times to get it down to $10/month. What the employees there say is not in sync with what is actually appears on your monthly bill.
