Stay very clear from this sketchy shop. They will put cheap Chinese parts on your vehicle wrong. Had a bad turbo housing from a sketchy seller and ended up with oil all over the engine bay when they said it was repaired. Never had an oil leak prior. Also, stripped one of the valve cover bolt holes in the head out. Stay away from Jason Lansburg on Facebook selling cars and this shop.

Mid at best. Brought my jeep in with a list of things I had found and asked for full inspection of not only the issues I had already found but any other problems.
Technician didn’t speak English, office lady wasn’t interested in explaining to me the list, the diagnostic they DID do was JUST on the things I had already identified as problematic. No new information was produced which honestly is what I had payed for.
Payed my bill, politely left. Will be going to Moose’s Auto in Lakewood (my normal mechanic) as they are significantly more communicative and thorough.
Pricing was fair for a diagnostic, they lost me with the communication and non-thorough evaluation.

They don’t take care of there customers when they have a major problem. We have been waiting over 2 weeks to get the transmission replaced that they put in. They don’t call back or keep track on what the warranty company has to say!! Meanwhile the vehical sits in my yard and can’t be driven!!

I went to one of those big chain auto repair places first and they told me I had a whole lot of work I need to be done.
Then I took it to Bell for a second opinion.
Not only were the prices better but 80% of what the big chain place told me I needed was false.
They took really good care of me and for that I appreciate them.

Right, I have few things to say other than stellar. Old GM 3500 van had her starter go out on me. Got her towed here to Bell and despite being packed out two weeks with the whole lot jammed. Luke squeezed me in. Diagnosed, ordered replacement starter and replaced it in fewer than 3 hours, all while being a general pleasure to be around. Made an unpleasant occurrence into an all around positive experience. I owe these folks a half dozen favors and probably a 12 pack. I am Incredibly grateful and highly recommend.

Stopped in because my check engine light came on.
They were very busy but took the time to check my car, took ten minutes.
So nice, charged me nothing.
IF I have to have ANY work on my car, going here.
Plus, they had they sweetest dog .
Think I just found my new car mechanic.

I went with Bell auto cause they’re a smaller local shop and they offer financing. I was blown away with the professionalism and honesty and I didn’t feel like I was pushed into more work that I didn’t need. They were straight up about what was going on and had me rolling down the road and my car feeling new in a few days.
