I had an absolutely wonderful experience here. I was kept up to date on everything with my vehicle and the customer service was incredible. Everything was so smooth and easy, I’ve worked with Carstar Yelm before and they were wonderful, so I’m so glad I got a great experience here as well. I was so pleased with my service and I love the fact that when I got my car back it was so clean!

I can tell Dale is gone! Dale was amazing at keeping deadlines and communicating the process. This time around was not that great. A few deadlines and/or promises were not met, my rental car coverage expired before the completion due to my tint being scratched and communication was not the best.
To top it off my wheels were not repaired and/or replaced and my boyfriend immediately caught it. That’s not my boyfriend’s job! That’s yours! Also, my tint was scratched and when it was replaced it does not match the other window.
Back to communication. I had to reach out today to see when the wheels and tint are going to be corrected! I shouldn’t have to reach out to you!!!This was your error! Also, my boyfriend asked for a quote on an additional car. He was told he’d get it right away. He still hasn’t received it!
On a positive note, the staff is extremely friendly. That part I truly appreciate.
