Five stars to the gentleman that helped me with getting my Fedex label situated. Two stars to the lady who wasn't friendly at all and sorry if I got you at a bad time. I was not aware of the difference between having the UPC code versus having a label which the gentleman explained it perfectly. He even assisted in providing alternate locations because they do not have the capability to use the UPC code. Fortunately I was able to download the label and send it to them for a charge which is understandable. I like this place because it is convenient compared to the FedEx office located in Walmart. I recommend printing your label if you can but if not, they'll be able to print it out for your by sending it to them via email.
