This is the worst pharmacy around. The Pharmacy Manager/Pharmacist is absolutely horrible! He is rude, talks over and down at the customer, and discloses personal information at the counter where other people can clearly hear it. And this is how they treat disabled veterans! I will not be returning.

I stopped in at 12:59-1pm without even realizing they were closing down for lunch. Brian and Judy immediately helped me, they were SO kind, so helpful, so efficient, and I’m just so glad they helped me as I arrived in such a time window. You guys have never let me down, and you are always so friendly to myself and my kiddo! Thank you and good job pharmacy department. 😊🙌

I switched to this pharmacy about a year ago and have received great customer service from the pharmacy staff. I really appreciate the extra savings whenever the staff are able to find discounts on some of my medications. My old pharmacy was okay but Fred Meyer pharmacy is excellent!

Worst pharmacy! I’d give you NO stars if I could! The last 4 times I’ve called in a refill I was told when it would be ready and guess what? It’s NEVER ready even two days after the date they said it would be ready!!!! I can’t get this prescription at Walmart otherwise I would! They at least have it together unlike this place!

I am done with FM. I went in the most busy time of the day ( my fault). They had 2 checkers and a line for self checkout all the way down the isle. After waiting 20 minutes, I asked the checker if they were shorthanded, she said, "no, this is the new normal". They want us to check out ourselves, bring our own bags, basically do their job and wait 1/2 hour for the privilege of doing it. Instead of hiring security, everything is locked up so you get to wait for that too. The pharmacy no longer takes premera,so I have no reason to go there again. Things are getting out of hand. If you bring your own bags, they put 2 items in each bag to make sure you have to buy their bags. Even if they had security, they fire them for chasing down shoplifters. I am done with their new normal. The whole shopping experience is a joke. Unfortunately we need groceries to live and they know it and take advantage of their customers. Customer service is gone and so am I.
