They gave me the wrong ps vita charger (came from warehouse so not their fault) they gave me the correct one without any hassle

I had purchased a remote control for my son for his ps5 and also bought a warranty on it. I needed to use the warranty (this is the 2nd time mind you) and they were amazing to work with and easily replaced the remote for me.
