Every time we come in the lady with the glasses & greasy hair all slicked back has the worst attitude. We even tried going to the south hill location yet she was there as well with the same attitude. Work on your customer service skills & loose the attitude. It’s not hard. 😁 I will not be using GameStop in the future!

I had purchased a remote control for my son for his ps5 and also bought a warranty on it. I needed to use the warranty (this is the 2nd time mind you) and they were amazing to work with and easily replaced the remote for me.

My husband went into this store yesterday to get a couple ps5 controllers, apparently the lady working the counter was very put out to be having to help a customer, and even went so far as to roll her eyes at my husbands request. This is not an acceptable form of behavior for customer service. FOR SHAME!

The workers were pretty busy training a new employee with bringing in the shipment. Once I was helped, the employee was fantastic. She answered all of my questions regarding the Switch and gave me advice on trade-in opportunities.
