Tiffany, the manager was absolutely amazing. She showed me the entire storage property and thoroughly described everything I needed to know while I store my RV. She went through all required documents and explained all criteria in detail. Love the locked gate and that the law enforcement officers patrol the property several times a day.
Feel very confident that my RV will be safe.

It was!!! I left the area but would keep my RV there again. Mariah and Tiffany were always helpful.

Great prices and what an amazing facility this place offers ! The only thing is that I'm not a fan of and I think this should be dependent on type of work you'll use these garages for, but the deposit on top of monthly fee . For people like me I need the space to go through 2 other units I have to consolidate but it'll take time , so this type of thing of moving boxes around and what not shouldn't cause damage, mechanics I can understand . The other thing is the leasing contracts, again why not month to month options ? For peeps like me , I need time yes however I do not know how much time I'll need so why does it need to be an added fee to go month to month. I need to clean up and give back as I recieved so there's no work on your part .I think making it feasible for the underdogs so to speak to be able to utilize a larger space even uf only temp to accomplish their goals and help make it financially achievable could go along way.. who knows I may be your future competition, never know. Lol bottom line in today's world its hard enough as it is let alone moving for whatever readon personal or biz and being there for the community in whatever way even if it is stuff as I mentioned it goes a long way and word gets spread what a cool place it is and will bring more customers hopefully with expansions . Other than that great place friendly staff but 24/7 call center is no help they don't listen they just send what they want to a location in a msg

I agree with everyone else in that the upkeep of the place is very good.
However, we(me and my husband) hadn't even been there 5 days, when this man we had never met or seen before knocked on the door and said I'm here to do an inspection. He stated that these units are not for residential purposes. We told him that we were going to start a workshop and was still getting things organized. He then walked through the place. Thinking that everything was ok we left for a few days and when we got back there was a letter that was slid under the door telling us that we had violated one of their rules (not even telling us what rule we violated) and we have until the 24th to be out and would be forfeiting our $500 dollar deposit.

Who ever runs this place is not working in your interest they are here to take your money, and the service suck, liars, and crooks work here. I'd highly recommend a different storage. Very poor experience!
