Waited just about 30 minutes, guess what? This OLD LADY was distracted by a baby! She was so busy playing with a 3 year old than focusing on cutting my hair! 30 minutes later, I come out just to find a crooked hairline, and no trim on my sides. Almost a 0 out of 10 and I would never come back!

Let’s people cut in line. Had 15 min wait and 1 ahead of me then suddenly 25 min wait and two in front of me after a lady with her kids walked in.

I took my 8 yr old son in to try and get a haircut. I left and asked to be taken off the list, after sitting there for 1 1/2 hours.
We checked in online, as requested, and showed up a little after 5. Knowing the wait would be approximately an hour, we were patient. There were 3 people ahead of us on the list.
At this point there were now two children ahead of us. A gentleman came in, who had not checked in online and was told it would be approximately an hour around 5:45. We asked how long the wait would be, since there were two kids in front of us, and were told approximately 20 minutes. Great, we went to the store next door. We were back in 15, one of the children had been taken back, the other was still waiting. The stylist was already well into the haircut of the man who walked-in just 20 minutes prior and been told the wait would be an hour. Irritated is an understatement.
Customer service/professionalism is definitely not on point.

Stephanie at the one on Mountain Highway is super. She have been cutting my hair for a while. Not only does she cut my hair she is so friendly and caring. I always ask for her.

Many company posters in the store, all female, black, children, the only white male shown is one guy and it’s the back of his head. This poster replaces the previous poster Great Clips had which was a white guy ( usually red heads) which only showed above the eyebrows and his hair. Very discriminatory, quite racist.

Got my haircut here last weekend and it looks great. The lady that did it was really nice and it was a good experience. :)

Won’t be back. Didn’t get a good haircut. It’s uneven, layers are choppy, not the length I asked for. Middle of my back ended up barely below my shoulders. Disappointing. Thankful hair grows back eventually.

I went in for a cut, said I want short but to see it on my neck about to my shoulders with wisps , just a cure short cut..the lady was nice and polite but I am soo not happy .when I got home and got a look. WTH. You know this does not look good..
