I deposited $100,000 cashier check to my wife account this morning. I did not check the receipt. My wife found out her name and account number were different. Of course she was panic. I rushed to go bank and asked the teller what happened, She did not say sorry and not even looked at me. This is the biggest mistake. It is not small money but my retired CD money. I'd better stay with my other banks which are better service.

I deposited $5,000.00, a couple years ago, as a safe place to SAVE. I checked on my balanc , today, expecting a nominal inerest, on the money. My balance was $4730.00. Jennifer Devivo was excellent in explaining everything. She offered to help us technically to get on line etc. as we are seniors who are not tech savoy. She answered all our questions. I would recommend her to anyone I know.

Waited in the drive up area for quite some time to get service. The cashier was waiting on people in the lobby as well and there was no one else to help at drive up area. I don’t think I will use the drive up area again.

Yolanda has been there 17 years and harbor stone is so lucky to have her. She helped us out with our first auto loan 13 years ago... now my other son and husband have joined with many other loans. She makes e during easy and exceptional customer service. I ask for her when's possible.

Jen was outstanding with her service. Her knowledge and professionalism was an example to others. More importantly she made me feel comfortable, at ease and valued as a person. I can't remember the last time that I took time to do a review. I usually find them to be a waste of my time. If there was a sixth star to give I would gladly give it.

Front desk was very welcoming offered coffee and cookies right away.Jennifer was so helpful we had experienced fraud on our account she handled everthing, explained what steps we needed to take and got us back on track! A+++

My grandfather has been part of Harborstone since he was 15 (hes now 66) at that time it was called Mchord Credit Union. Hes never had any issues and loves how easy it is for him to contact and communicate with them. They've always taken good care of him and he plans on staying with them until he dies! Great service, great people.

I was having difficulty with debit card transactions being blocked for days and finally I was able to make it to the branch to speak with someone about it. Brittany at the Spanaway branch was so patient and graceful with everything. It easily took an hour of her time calling support and looking into the issue for me. My card is back to up and running and I couldn’t have asked for a better person and/or interaction to help me with it. Thanks Brittany!
