Dropped our vehicle off & asked for them to submit to insurance that we wanted OEM parts. called to check in a few days later & they said they’d order parts but couldn’t tell us when they were gonna get here. we asked if we got the OEM parts approved & they said that they hadn’t gotten insurance approval yet. So we asked why they ordered non OEM parts if they hadn’t gotten approval or disapproval. We had originally asked if insurance said no OEM to give us the price difference so we could decide to upgrade on our dime. The guy was very nice on the phone apologized for the misunderstanding and said he would get back to us. They called and said we’re rejecting ur vehicle because we don’t think we can make you happy. lol alls we asked for was OEM. Don’t recommend this place at all.

At Hi-Tech Carstar, my experience was Outstanding! Ron took care of me and my 2020 Ram truck. I had scraps and scratches on it, after parking it at the grocery store unfortunately and now it looks like it never happened and brand new again! Thank you to all that worked on it at Hi-Tech Carstar. I'm very happy with it and looks great 👍🏼

My vehicle was dropped off on a Monday for a insurance claim, I was told I would get some info
As to when it would be ready (I didn’t) I had to call them. My car turned out just fine but there communication is terrible and the front desk person is absolutely rude. I called multiple times to find out when my car would be ready and no clear answer. My car was ready Friday but I was told at the end of the day when my other half works across the street and he could clearly see my car. He had gone over on his lunch to get my car this was before no one Friday and it was ready when I called at 10am I was told not until 4:30. They need to be way more clear on when vehicles are done. I’ll be taking my cars back to other shops whom I have better relations with only reason I went here is due to being through someone else’s insurance.

I have been going to Carstar/High Tech collision for years. They have always treated us well. Just got my car back and it looks like brand new in the front where they did repairs. Now I want to get the back done. It appears to have one metal flaking in the part that was repaired. It looks really nice I just wish it all with the same. LOL
