DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE. I have never been to a place that has zero interest in children and showed unprofessionalism towards their patients. I went in with my 7 month old daughter to get some labs done and not only did they NOT have the appropriate equipment, they also insisted on continuing to take her labs with the improper equipment. I was shocked at their responses because they not only stood in front of me looking through various cabinets to find the proper syringes, they also attempted to stand on a swiveled chair to read a pile of boxes that were on the top shelf. There was no sense of safety that was implemented and I was very disappointed at the overall lack of preparedness and security that was shown. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.

Had to go here once and never again. Because of the attitude and rude behavior I received I wouldn't tell my worse enemy to come here.Very unprofessional employees when I was there.Nobody deserved the added stress and attitude, just go elsewhere.

I think most of the staff at MultiCare is pretty good.ButYou want a real laugh try to get a hold of one of these places / location Or find you can answer a question.The last operator I talked to new less than I do and that's just a crying shame. You would think this is a startup business that is barely making it.A Person could become very disgusted with multi-care. It's not very clear on a lot of their web pages or even finding the right location.

No bedside manner. Absolutely Rude. Not like people want to get their blood drawn. Then you go in and are treated poorly.

If I can rate this place a ZERO I would. They have zero passion for kids. My daughter had to get some blood work and yes she’s terrified as would any other 6 year old. The LPN was nice enough to talk to her but she only came in the room when she heard her. The other phlebotomist who had brought us in did not seem like she cared at all. My daughter was just another number and yes they did give her a few minutes to see if she’d be able to get her blood work but as soon as her 3 minute countdown was done she pretty much said you’re going to have to take her to the hospital or come a different day. Mind you we had gotten there early and they were so backed up that we had to wait over 35 minutes just to be seen. I get that places get busy, but she just didn’t seem to care. Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name but she was an older lady with curly hair and had worn white scrubs. My daughter has had blood work done at other places previously and has had better luck with the staff compared to this place.
