I took my car in for an alignment, they wouldn’t do it until I fixed my tie-rods. Did that took it back, got the alignment, then the next day clunking in my front end. Took it back, they said it was my bearings. Replaced those, still clunking and getting worse. Take it back, they say it’s the passenger cv axle, replace that, still clunking, now I gotta do the driver side cv axle just in case. No one at any location around here knows anything about cars clearly 🙄 never ever returning.

They are very busy. I need my right front tire fixed (it leaks) but after an hour and 35 minutes I had to leave as I had an important appointment I had to go to. I went home and put some air in the tire and went to my appointment. I will come back tomorrow or another time to get it fixed.

I went in today to get my battery checked and to get a new battery. I had come in 2 days previous to get the battery but was told they needed to order it. No biggie! I called today and asked if it was available wonderful store manager Bret was able to help me out and tell me it was there. I come in at 11:45am and let them know I don’t have an appointment but I need to get my battery charged so they can determine if it is bad or not so I can either get a new battery or have my old battery charged. They informed me that there was nobody available to plug my battery in when I arrived. I then waited until 2 PM (because I was told that it would be a few hours wait before my car was seen.) and I asked if there was anyway that I could get my battery plugged in if they had not already done so because I have not seen anybody go out to my car I was told that I was the third queue and watched them bring seven other cars into the base and send those seven cars back out. And then asked again if there was any way that we can move the process along and plug my battery in at 3:14 PM. I was told that the battery was dead and that they would have to charge it for one hour so I waited. They finally came and told me yes the battery is testing as bad which I had told them four times. I know that I’m a woman. I know that I do not have a penis so I obviously don’t know what I’m doing, but I’ve been working on cars since I was three years old and I know a dead battery when I see a dead battery.. then got my new battery installed. Everything was fine. I went to go leave and the terminals were not fully connected so my car died every time that I stepped on the brakes which in this area, there are a lot of stop signs, especially on the back roads so my car died every stop sign. I then called and I spoke with the store manager again who was absolutely wonderful. Probably the best person in this entire scenario who told me you know go tighten those up and let me know if there’s any other issues and I will see to it that it is fixed, but the fact that it took 4 1/2 hours To put a battery on a charger for an hour test it and then replace the new battery is ridiculous. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Nobody should have to sit there and wait for four hours for you to plug a battery in. I would’ve removed it myself and gave it to them, but I did not have the tools with me. I just find it very frustrating that something simple in a place where they have many employees many who I saw standing around and talking rather than working and I’m not trying to be a Karen because I understand I work at a very busy place as well, but the fact that it took this long for them to charge a battery for an hour only test it put the new battery in and send me on my way without the battery being fully connected is not OK. I will be calling and speaking with the store manager again on Monday morning because this is ridiculous and I’m not going to be calling out any of the associates as I understand it was busy there were a lot of cars ahead of me but for something so mundane that only takes a minute to do It’s like why am I paying you all this money to screw me around? I understand that I am not a man I understand that as a woman, you see me as somebody who does not understand things you do not know my life story you do not know that I have been working on cars since I was four years old you do not know that I know lots of things about cars, but I came to them because my battery was constantly dying and you think for a company that specializing in tires and batteries that they would actually do their jobs in a timely manner rather than making you wait for 4 1/2 hours for something that any other store could’ve done in 35 minutes.

They are absolutely the sweetest group of humans
I had a hole in my tire. I did not expect them to help me since they are closed.
I actully pulled in to meet my husband so he could help me.
But .. the amazing people here asked if I needed help….
And here we are.
We have always bought our tires here.
And this will not change
Thank you

The location is clean, has big windows, so a lot of natural light gets inside, which is nice when you have to wait there. They have a lot of seating, tables, chairs, a TV, and charging ports. The service was friendly and fast.

I would like to commend Suede for his assistance and compassion helping a man who flipped his motorized wheelchair in front of the Spanaway Les Schwab. Suede called 911, stayed with man until the Fire Dept. arrived, and assisted in repairing the wheelchair to a usable state. Above and beyond.
