We bought a dump truck from this dealership in November 2024. Rain season came and we were late on one payment and our insurance. This no hearted company repossessed our truck and told us we were to pay 9800 to get the truck back. Keep in mind we put $10,000 cash down and only was late one payment. They do not care for families please take your money else where! You will get accepted. The bald guy is money hungry and does not have no heart for families. Take your business somewhere else.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER! 🚨I purchased a truck from this place, only to find out they knowingly sold it with major engine issues. This dealership is dishonest and takes advantage of customers by selling unreliable vehicles. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere trustworthy!

I went there to look at the 2004 Ford F550 tow truck that they had was treated professionally however I took the truck out for a test drive and immediately started noticing some mechanical issues on the test drive such as ball joints, and some very loud rattling/thumping that would come from the front end when hitting a bump.
I took it back to the dealership and asked if they would be OK if I took it to a mechanic to have a buyers inspection done before we talk numbers and once I had the inspection done at the mechanic shop, I was informed that the diesel engine had a severe amount of blow by And there was serious overpressurization of the engine, along with an absolute poor job done on the bulletproofing of the engine. When I took it back to the dealership and informed the sales manager of said findings, I was essentially dismissed and got the feeling that she really didn’t care and at the end of the day I felt like they weren’t gonna fix this so if you are the one that either buys the F550 or are looking at it just know that you are going to need to drop a brand new engine in that truck in probably less than 5000 miles if that
