Great facility, units are very tall this allowing more of your belongings. Prices are great as well, I shopped around a lot and NW Self Storage had the best value and the customer service was miles better. The manager is wonderful and more than helpful. Even going above and beyond for us. Thank you!

Northwest Self Storage is an amazing, friendly and professional company. The best I’ve used thus far. Belinda is amazing she helped keep my rates down, offer special company deals, checks in with me each month to keep me up to date with payment, offers, etc. and listens to me when I express past concerns with old storage issues. This storage company is top tier and so are their employees. They care about their customers and that’s something I appreciate very much. I love doing business with this establishment. The storage facility is easy to locate as well as getting in and out of. It’s super convenient and right off of the main RD. The lady in the office calls me as soon as I reserved a unit and she was the extremely polite and super sweet to me. She chatted with me about my needs, let me know if I needed packing supplies or a lock that I can come in and ask. Definitely a very warm welcome and happy I chose to keep my belongings here.
