From the time I started buprenorphine for chronic pain and getting my scripts at this store I have been treated Luke a dru.g add.ict , I've been talked about, laughed at, lied too and spoke down too in front of my grandson and mother regarding accusations about dru.gs that embarrassed me very badly. I obviously don't go there anymore but todY when I called about my medication that was n file they had trashed it they said and she began to giggle like a 12 year old. So I've decided that today is the day I'll be getting ahold of corporate and I AM going to file a complaint and get a lawyer. So unprofessional and love to berate until they make you cry, literally and that all stops ✋️ today. I have witnesses and text evidence and I will definitely be following this through. I stand on that. Expect it, thank you.

This store is an important part of our community as they deliver medications, immunizations, good advice, help with getting prescriptions and they carry many home medical items to assist in recover from illness or injury. They have proven to be a friendly and helpful part of my medical care and I appreciate their assistance in keeping me alive!!

I had been filling my prescription at this Rite Aid for half a year now. The Pharmacist, Aniel, decides to stop filling my prescription all of sudden. When communicating with him, he is standoffish.
I had been doing business at this place for several years because it's close to home and next to my preferred grocery store. The people at the register are always nice and greet you. Even most of the pharmacy staff is polite and nice. But this encounter and inconvenience placed on me has lost my business for good.

I have a heart condition, asthma, and parkinsons, I had to go into the store to get my meds because they said it was too big To go through the tube. There were 3 people in front of me in line when I went in the store.I waited patiently when It became my turn the Cashier asks do we get the people in The car line or do we help this person at the Window. I had already waited in The car line and the line inside When I said something about it the cashier diana got really snide with me and stated we help who comes first. I'm sorry but I came first so they will not be getting any more of my business

If I could I'd give this place a negative number. For 3 months the pharmacy at this rite aid has been endangering my son's life by playing games. They kept telling us that my son's prescription for his dexcoms needed authorization which is not true. It took me and my husband a whole month in January just to get it because the pharmacist lied saying they talk to my son's doctors which they didn't, if you have a life threatening condition DO NOT go there.

I absolutely love]my Rite aid bethel station pharmacy Everyone that works the is kind and helpful they are all wonderful people I would not go anywhere else I would tell anyone that they are the best

I had a reminder to pick up a prescription and only the first two letters of the prescription were given. I'm needing a generic form of that medication but it indicated a totally different prescription. When I called the store to ask what was going on, the clerk hung up on me. Come to find out, the first two letters also reflect another prescription I need.Don't you think that it would be wise to ask questions to get to the root of the problem rather than hang up on a new customer??? I would think so.I'm so tired of doing other ppl's jobs.

Double check your labels, the pharmacy can't count. DR. said 2 pills a day for 10 days, label shows take 2 each day for 10 days, but ran out after 7 days. Checked label again and it said quantity 14. 1 pill 2 times a day for 10 days would be 20 pills, not 14, pretty basic math.

Pharmacy is first rate with a drive through. Prepay via internet is seamless . Store is easy to navigate. Recommend.

Clean store friendly staff when you walk I am giving this place a one star because of the pharmacy especially the pharmacist, yes I am judging this place off off one staff member…..I walked in from a. Long day of worked I need if a insulin needles. I normally get insulin pens the require pen needles but ever diabetic who uses these things know they some times fail and you can dial them up the only way to get insuliiut is with a normal insulin needle. I had been working All day and I needed insulin really bad my blood sugars were 500 and on the rise. I ask the pharmacist if I could get a package of normal needles so I could draw up a does of insulin to help get my blood sugars down I explained the situation and what was going on. She told me I could buy a whole box if not I needed to have a script called in.I told her I was extremely sick and just needed one needles so I could get my blood sugars down, I know other rite aids have sold me single packages in the past no issue. Instead of helping me out she turned me away with a 500 blood sugar and could care less. This is a pharmacist who is in it for the money not in it for the patients this isn’t someone who cares but cares about there paychecks. If you have a choice and it come down to driving a extra 5 min away please do so please let this post hurt her paycheck!!!!

Typical Rite Aid they have the “Stuff” but the service is lackluster at best. They avoid you if they can.
