Rod you are thee Best!!! For a 2002 Jaguar having complex and multiple issues. You took time to find the problems and fixed them. This is my 3rd car you have fixed. You have also worked on my daughters car and she was very thankful saved her and me lots of money from all these other fake mechanics. You truly are a blessing to me and my family when it comes to cars. I appreciate and thank you once again. You did a really good job on my jag. On the road again! Thanks Rod!

If I could give zero stars I would. My friend was trying to utilize this shop and ended up towing it to another shop because he wouldn't answer the phone or return messages. Had the worst customer service.

Stopped in there because they are a "supposed" Interstate Battery dealer to get my battery checked. The guy working couldn't be more bother to help me. Said I needed to put the battery on a charger for "a long time" and that he could not do anything for me. I asked if he could just check it because it was on a charger over night and he said no.

I wish I could give 0 stars. We called last week and made an appointment only to show up and have 2 other people sitting outside with the same appointment. We all sat outside in our cars not one person coming outside to acknowledge us except to ask us to move our cars. We sat there for an hour before we called to ask how much longer we’d have to be just sitting here only for him to give us attitude. Get it together.
Edit: You did not tell us that, you also didn’t tell the other woman that was sitting out there with us just as confused. You had told us to bring the car in and you would look it over and tell us what needed to be done and then we would leave the car with you. You didn’t even have the decency to talk to us or the woman anything besides to move my car. I don’t even leave reviews but I’m leaving one here because I’m just so disgusted with how everything was handled.

Rods was amazing. Very honest and knowledgeable. I will recommend them to family and friends. Hard to find a shop that doesn't take advantage of customers, especially women! Great job!

I would give more stars if I could. Had been having trouble finding someone to work on my daughter's AMC Eagle. He found and ordered the parts, got the work done fast for a very reasonable price. We will definitely be repeat customers!
