Nice place to get parts and they have alot of tires on rims.i think it was 2 bucks to get in and if I think they want you to pull your parts, and sometimes they will pull it, but mostly yourself have to do it

Honestly might as well buy most of the smaller parts brand new way over priced for used partsGreat selection horrible pricing and the excuse is the parts are oem… but if your looking for a giant selection these are your guysbut waiting for the shipping and paying the same price for something brand new online with warranty/ a return policy is obviously better than a no return policy and used auto parts for that same price…. Do better Rollins !!!!

Having a car part go out and then having zero money to pay for it! I'm eternally grateful to be referred to this place. Parts come with a 90-day warranty.When I asked if they would check the part prior to purchasing. John assured me that he personally goes out there and test the engines and parts prior to pulling them.That's a lot more affordable than $398.00 for a new one.

They didn't have the exact car I wanted and had a smaller selection then most junkyards however expect to pay a large amount of money for each part. they usually price it at half the current market for that exact part. And expect to be searching around for a while, because some employees don't know where some of the cars are.

Someone broke my car window and attempted to steal my car. When that didn't work they grabbed a few things including my ashtray with a few dollars in change. I called around to replace ashtray and found one auto wrecking yard that said an ashtray would be $50 (their minimum charge). Then I called Rollins. Their incredibly kind, friendly, helpful staff located an ashtray, confirmed color and held it for me. When I mentioned that it was due to theft the staff didn't charge me. In a world where people are often selfish and unkind this business is a gem. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Called the junk yard ahead of time to see if the part i am calling for is available. Some guy informed me that it is available and they have plenty of them. Drove one hour away just to find out that they don’t have any of the part. Waisted my time for nothing. Terrible terrible stay away!

4 Stars for John. I spent two hours pulling a part that once off, gave impression that it could have been the very reason the vehicle ended up in the junkyard. I explained my hesitation, and John just told me about the nearest two junkyards that might have the alternator I needed. THANKS JOHN!

The people that run that place are a bunch of Moron's. Since I knew how crappy their service usually is I provided them the vehicle stock number and the specific part I needed. After spending three hours in the rain removing the part I went to the counter for payment and they doubled the price. They way they conduct business is S***. This is the second time I've had the same experience.
