The employee was thorough and pleasant. The customer before me was very rude to the employee and he remained calm and pleasant.

Harassed by manager about late payments before due date, once
he spoofed my daughter's phone number. Everything is gnawed
on by rodents so its all useless now, rodents urinate while they go,
so everything is covered with rat and mouse piss, the main
cause of hanta virus.

I would recommend this place to anyone 100%. Both times I have been stationed here, I have used ether a storage building or a trailer parking spot. No matter what I needed or issues I have had, I was always given the best customer service from Tony. Tony is very supportive of the troops and if you need anything he will go above and beyond to making it happen. If you need a storage place. This is the go-to spot. I will continue to be a customer and will always go back if I need anything. Thanks again Tony for making my PCS move here a lot easier!

Highly recommend this place especially for my military personnel. Tony was awesome very professional and caring. Clearing out of the storage unit was simple. The facility is very nice and clean and the security system is top notch.

Tony has been wonderful to work with! He has been so helpful to us during our move from another state to the Spanaway area. We had to switch unit sizes in the middle of our move due to timing issues with closing on a new house and Tony was very helpful getting that arranged for us. We highly recommend Express Storage in Spanaway. Friendly and supportive employees. Thank you, Tony!!!
