Been with Timberland nearly 20 years . They keep my accounts straight . I have been with a dozen other banks and they always wanted to give me grief.

I called them to see if we could get some coin rolls , and the woman I spoke Tanesha (spelling?) was so kind, and helpful. We actually don't bank there and she was so accommodating and gave us enough for our personal stash of coins we've gathering. Very nice building and the women who work there were kind and welcoming when we dropped in

Went in to purchase a cashier's check. I was told I needed to have an account. Tried to open an account to get said cashier's check but was quickly denied because they wanted to make sure I'd "use" the account. Could give zero stars if I could.

My experience at Timberland Bank has been awful. I have been struggling to get statements after repeated calls they just don’t send them so it takes multiple phone calls to get one statement. They never correct the issue with me getting statements so I have had to call at least a dozen times just to get statements. I was trying to get a loan for another property and Timberland’s poor customer service greatly impeded the process. I am trying to pay off the loan I have now, I can’t pay the loan online or over the phone. I was told to go into the branch and then I couldn’t get the payoff amount because it was a Saturday, they are not able to provide payoff amounts on the weekend which is even more ridiculous considering the only way they accept payments is in the branch. The customer service from Timberland bank is hugely lacking and I will never do business with them again once I am able to get my home loan paid off.

25 years this bank has never let me down. It's a neighborhood bank with a friendly feel, not a corporate monolith. Recommended.

The customer service is amazing. However overall there Software is outdated. There atms are always incorrect. My card never works on the weekend when there closed. There fraud department is the worst.

Do not bank with this branch. I have had the worst experience dealing with these awful women. There is not one person who works at this branch that I would not terminate immediately. My father has banked here for years and is 90 years old but does not have a clue of what a reputable bank is like to do business with. So he stays. However, I recently moved to this bank because I do my father's banking so it was easier with just making one stop instead of two. I have went into overdraft which charges $30 each overdraft from the ATM, online bill pay, automatic bill pay or check. They had mailed several letters telling me I was over drafted. However, then my father said that they had sent his account and my account to a collection agency and both accounts were suspended. I talked to the branch manager and she told me too late and your father's account was attached to mine so they are in collection. Next, I find that my father's account was not in collection and they decided to open him a new account not attached to mine (he is in overdraft as well). I write to the Corporate President and let him know I have been in financial straights since leaving work and caring for my sick father. He quickly reversed all overdraft fees ($480) and then the Spanaway branch again let me know I had 3 days to pay or it was going to collection. I told them I could not pay on this short of notice but would pay in two weeks when I got my social security check. Next I get a letter stating that my account is closed, has been sent to collection or an attorney and reported Early Warning Services so that I could not open another account with any financial institution unless I paid them $480 for overdraft fees that the President of the bank reversed. I am warning everyone as I should have known by the bad reviews of this bank that they have no integrity, compassion, direction, rules to follow, are arrogant, abusive, condescending, liars and do not give a rats a** about customers. The reviews that are on Yelp will verify what I am writing as to the horrible experiences that people have had dealing with this institution. Do not do business here!!!!!
