I really fealt like everything was great, and the staff went well above and beyond to accommodate every possible need. The whole experience was nicely streamlined by knowledgeable staff who were willing to provide all the answers I had along the way, especially when I had not expected such awesome customer service from U-Haul. There's really only the best people at this location, and I will definitely be returning here when I need another U-Haul rental. The first person I spoke with was extremely helpful and patient with the process of getting me out the door and into a truck right away. She even shared her snacks with us, and allowed me to use her tablet when my phone was being too lame to take a photograph needed for the U-Haul app, which I would say was pretty above and beyond as far as customer care goes. The gal who checked me out when I brought back the truck was also super nice and seemed genuinely interested about helping me get the right deal, which took some additional time, patience, and effort on her part, which resulted in an overall stellar customer service. I am glad to state that these folks have also a really cool thrift store at the same place, and if you haven't been in there you really should check em out, cause there's something for everyone in there, reasonably priced, and you can thrift it up and get a U-Haul at the same time! I would love to see these guys and their business thrive, and as an Elks Plain local, I think they are the best around hands down for hospitality and great vibes! I'll be back in soon.

Chris helped us out with a truck renta,l he was great! Friendly helped us out with everything we needed. Plus went above and beyond to make sure he answered question and change of plans last minute. Will definitely be back when I need help with a U haul.

Friendly staff. But how do you give any stars when the place doesnt have the truck you clearly reserved. Had the confirmation and everything. All I can do is call the owner but it doesnt help me TODAY. No thanks.

Rented a 6x12 trailer yesterday and had an amazing experience. Staff was courteous and helpful. The thrift shop was amazing, I needed another hour to look just to ensure I didn’t miss anything. I used Uhaul numerous times in the past 25 years and this was by far my best experience.Highly recommended

Had to come to spanaway for family issues and needed a uhaul fast...from checking in to checking out these ladies were fast and efficient and have the best customer service you could ever ask for! Thanks yall...and will definitely use all again in the future.

Take pictures before dropping off your vehicle, so you have proof of the damage they cause.I've always had good experiences with Uhaul until last week. We made an appointment with this uhaul store to have a tow hitch put on my 2006 SUV. We were contacted several hours after dropping off the vehicle by the technician letting us know it was "too old and rusted" for a hitch to be installed. After picking up the vehicle, we looked underneath again, as we had prior to making the appointment, and found that the technician had busted a bolt off. He never mentioned this to us, and along with having viewed the area ourselves prior to drop off, the bright shiny metal where the bolt was broken speaks for itself. We called customer service, who contacted the store manager, who told us to bring it right up so he could take a look and make things right. We arrived at the store within an hour of that phone call. The manager refused to even come out of the back and speak to us. The young woman who did talk to us was very rude and insisted they never even touched our vehicle. After another call to customer service we were promised a district manager would call us within 3 business days. Now at the end of the 4th business day and still no call. I've had a second opinion and the "rust" is peeling powder coat. Absolutely no reason we can't have a hitch installed. The bolt was very recently broken, and will now cost me more to have drilled out. I have photos of the broken bolt. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We tried to give Uhaul the opportunity to make it right, but will now be advising anyone who will listen to do business elsewhere.

Reserved a truck that never showed up waited the second day for almost 2 hours and they just told me that the truck isnt going to show up I have a very time sensitive schedule and this type of thing is ridiculous I even did the 50$guarantee and then didnt even get paid they are extremely inconsistent and inconsiderate
