I am only giving two stars because of the customer service I always receive in person by the lovely ladies at the front counter.
I have had nothing but issues with packages being delivered to the wrong address. For some reason, paper mail seems to always make it to my mailbox, but packages do not.
Package #1 - a shipment of an iPhone was delivered to the wrong apartment. Thankfully the neighbour was honest and returned it to my doorstep.
Package #2 - a shipment including clothes delivered to the wrong apartment. Again, the neighbour was honest and returned it to my doorstep.
Package #3 - finally one was delivered to my mailbox.
Package #4 - stated it was delivered on 6/24/25, did not show up in my mailbox until 7/3/25--NINE DAYS after tracking stated it was delivered.
Package #5 - shipment of mine and my daughter's passports was delivered to the wrong address. Again, neighbour returned them to my doorstep. This one is the one that made me write the review. My apartment has locked mailboxes, and I expect for mail to be safe. I was gone for three days, and while I am thankful my passports were returned to me, they were left outside of my door for THREE days. This is unacceptable. I am now waiting for mine and my daughter's original copies of our birth certificates and her dad's death certificate in the mail and I wouldn't be surprised if that gets delivered elsewhere too.
Soon I will run out of luck and the neighbour will stop returning my stuff.
The last time I spoke to customer service they recommended I get a PO box. WHY WOULD I NEED TO PAY MONEY EVERY MONTH TO ENSURE THAT MY PACKAGES GET DELIVERED TO THE RIGHT ADDRESS?! I am not going to be doing that. I have requested a mail hold for the fll 30 days and will continue to request it once it expires. I should not have to pay additional money to make sure your deliver person does their job.

My recent visit just today on 4/11 in the early evening left a really sour taste in my mouth. I can safely say I will not be returning to this location. Simply walked in with a package and had some general questions. My friend’s package from UPS was delivered to the wrong address, so I did the favor of going to retrieve it and planned to resend it. I originally walked in with the intent of repackaging it and sending it through the post office, but I’ve never done that before as I don’t send packages regularly.
When I got there, there was no one up front, so I had to wait a few mins for assistance. When a lady finally emerges from the back, I smile and say hello and put the package down on the counter. She’s in the precipice of pulling it toward her, but I tell her that I needed help actually. I said not three words before she rudely interrupted me and pointed at the UPS sticker and said “we don’t accept UPS here”. I was taken aback by her abrupt interruption and turned off with continuing speaking to the lady after that. So I took the package and said “I had general questions you know” and began walking away. Then and THEN she said “well, go ahead and ask your questions”, but I turned around and reiterated that she had already rudely interrupted me and I no longer wanted her help. It was uncalled for and really bothered me. She just responded with “alright then” with a sassy tone.
The customer service was poor and dismissive. I didn’t appreciate the lady not allowing me to even get to my questions, let alone speak more than three words before being interrupted and dismissed. An apology from a supervisor or the lady herself would be appreciated to be honest. Just please consider the customer service being provided. Taking my business elsewhere in the future.

This is a great post office. I appreciate stopping by here to drop off some mail in the drop box, they are always friendly and helpful.

Interesting experience. I was there for about 10 to 12 minutes. There were about five people in line ahead of me. There was only one woman working at the desk helping customers. She was polite and nice to me however, some of the other customer she was very short tempered with. There was a gentleman working scanning packages and I witnessed him take a stack of boxes the bottom, one labeled glass fragile do not drop and just toss them all into the bin. They did not even read the package carelessly toss it. If that were my package, I would’ve been upset, especially labeling it as fragile. However, the customer service I received was great once it was my turn. It was quick easy done within 30 seconds.

Explained my mailbox key was lost, now weeks later we found it and checked our mail and we have a vacant slip in there. WTH. And I work for the usps. Let’s do better

Lady working the counter at 1:15 pm on January 29th is incredibly rude, and she constantly cuts you off while you're talking.

I was lucky to go to the post office when there were only 3 people in line. I had 12 large manilla envelopes to mail. It took 10 minutes from entering the post office to getting back into my car. Service was pleasant. There are so many questions and answers for mailing each packet, it gets kind of confusing if you are tired. The good news is that I mailed everything I needed to! It was a good time to go at 3 pm.
