Our experience at this Verizon store was by far the best we’ve ever had! Dexter did an amazing job helping us get our upgraded phones and was very kind and personable. Would recommend coming to this location above others. Added plus is that it doesn’t seem to get crazy busy!

Zach was the most helpful person ever. I was so distraught about losing my phone in the lake and not only did he get me out of the store with a phone that day he even got me an upgrade! I also never back up my phone and he went the extra mile with trying to find other way to get my photos back! Words cannot describe how appreciative I am. Thank you Zach!!!

Bailey was exceptionally knowledgeable about our situation.
I should have started with him on this phone upgrade. The process is grueling, what we spent 2+ hours was exactly what I went through doing it myself on line.
Bailey made us feel comfortable about getting our phone today.
The true frustration is what he has to deal with on his side (Verizon)

I love this verizion store ! It's the only inw I will now go to. The "kids" are all great. Journey, was training others. He was so kind to me. I'm a geezer but talked to me as a equal.

I really like my prepaid account -And they sent me up with a good phone that would work with the pre-pay. They even gave me a discount of 250! The two men working there are knowledgeable and patient. I really like my small iPhone SE first edition, but they set me up with an iPhone SE third edition! They were able to transfer all my contacts and apps onto the new phone very quickly, very happy. With my son in Maui he likes to FaceTime me and now it’s possible!

Went in for just internet. I walked out and went to Xfinity. These guys were going to charge me $101 for a business line and all together $345 to walk out of the store. When I said no thank you. The kid there told me that I wasn't going to find another deal like theirs. That's true because Xfinity gave me a new phone for free, a modem for a small pice to pay a month and Internet. Now I'm paying $60 a month with Xfinity ☺️
