Wouldn't except a return on an unopened non perishable item purchased with cash and with the receipt 2 days after purchase.

Few things to note at this location. 1. The produce you take home only lasts 2-3 days and that's if it was stored correctly. Suggesting they don't rotate produce or meat enough and you pay full price for near expired foods. 2. This location in Spanaway has a receipt checker at the door, so remember when you spend all that time in the long lines because they shut down self check out and only open 3 or 4 registers at a time your gonna be caught at another line to prove a second time you bought your items. Then they will give you the constant chit chat when you're trying to leave. 3. When you are checking out I was asked to give them a 5 star rating on the keypad to "keep them In business"... 4. More often then not don't look at the price under the item, as they tend to not put things we're the belong. On a regular basis I see the employees throw things in the shelf 5. If you have an altercation with an employee because of something they did, security will come talk to you and belittle and berate you tell you not to talk to employees like that and then proceed to follow you around the store making eye contact. 6. Do not buy "fresh" corn when it's in stock. As it sits in the back before being faced and develops black and white mold. AND THEY STILL PUT IT OUT and tell you to just "shuck it off" 7. If you can avoid it, stay away from customer service at this location. 9/12 trips I took inside they were rude and condescending to both my wife and to myself. 8. Save yourself all of this. Just go to a different location.

I went to this Walmart and made the mistake of spraying on some Axe Bodyspray to see how it wore on me. Upon exiting the store 2 women grabbed my arms and tried pulling me back inside the store before I asked them who they were and what they were doing, and they said they were security and wanted me to go back inside. I told them I didnt steal anything and requested they search me but they refused and said to come inside to be searched so I relented and went inside their security room. They showed me a video of me spraying on the body spray while they searched my belongings. After they searched me and found nothing they said "Have anything to say for yourself?" and I said yeah, you owe me an apology! Then they said to calm down or theyll have me arrested. Keep in mind these 2 girls were trying really hard to flex on me like they were more man than me the entire time. Long story short they put me in their system as a thief for stealing 1 spray of Axe Bodyspray, and I spent $600 a month there every month. Dont make the mistake I made by spraying bodyspray

If I could give this store zero stars, I would. The lady behind the customer service counter was beyond rude for no reason. I had purchased some shoes that were on sale at the Federal Way super Walmart. I didn't realize until after I left that the cashier charged me full price. No biggie. It happens. I figured that I would stop at the Walmart in Yelm to get the difference back, as I was out there visiting family. I had my receipt and the box of shoes, which I brought in. When I got up to the counter, I explained what happened to the associate. And she grabs my receipt and tells me that I have to take them back to the Federal Way store as each store deals with there own "money. I told her that I didn't want to return them, just wanted the overcharge put back onto my debit card. She just flatly refused and wouldn't help me. I looked up the return policy on Walmart.com, and it clearly states that I can take back a return to any store within 90 days of purchase. After leaving, I tried several times to get a hold of the manager, or lead, of that store, but to no avail. Unreal! I

Ok can someone explain to me why this store thinks it's a good idea to leave pallets in every single walk path? You have to walk all the way to the registers just to get on the other side. Cant they do that after their closed? Restock then plz because that crap is in the way. Blocking food I need and a tripping hazard. If your looking for help no one is around or they don't know or ignore you. Everyone there is in a bad mood too. They smoke right in the front, I don't want to inhale that first of all second off my husband has severely bad lungs so personally they should be in the back. Looks unprofessional. Crime is unreal as well. Lots of profiling too with ppl leaving the store

Just spent almost $200 at Wal Mart, then had a return also and asked if I could get some cash from my debit card and it was going to charge me $3.75 just for the transaction. I stopped and did not get the cash and told the customer service person I just spent a bunch of money, and always do, but she did not care at all. Unreal..

Still having issues with mobile cars I've been sitting here for almost an hour waiting for a mobile car and still none I've talked to the person in the front and asked them how many mobile cars they had and he said only 3 how could you run a business with out these especially for the disabled they do a lot of shopping I am the main person that does the shopping and it's difficult when you can't fine a mobile car it's a waste of my time just sitting here. I have to ask my son to come here and grab some stuff and I'll sit here cause I can't walk or stand long periods. This is so sad. I would have gotten more stuff but now I can't .

My wife decided to buy her glasses from the Vision Center. Well in under 6 months she had to get her glasses adjusted. Last visit some smart guy name LUIS told her that her body heat causes the nose rest to widen. REALLY? Maybe I'm ignorant, but I've used eye glasses for my entire life. NEVER HEARD OF SOME LAME EXCUSE!!!

We needed a new tire for a damaged tire, as well as a routine oil change and thought, due to proximity of our house, Walmart would be a great option for one stop shop. I sat in my vehicle and waited as the vehicle that needed the service pulled into the lane for the tire shop. (They have 2 tire lanes, and 2 lube lanes.) There were a couple of cars being helped, with one in the queue. It did take quite awhile before being greeted,(this was about 8 am on Saturday.) However, once greeted the staff was friendly enough. They said the car would be completed within a couple hours. I received a call a couple of hours later saying that they did not have the key for the locking lug nuts. They did perform the oil change, but when the paperwork wouldn't scan opted to give it to us complimentary, which was not expected, but we are grateful. Also why they get a one star. Took the car to Les Schwab and they immediately found the key next to the spare tire. Decided it was the ethical thing to do to return to Walmart. Though by this time they could not get my car in same day. Returned Sunday morning at 930. Didn't expect immediate service, and it seemed they were dealing with an irate customer. The problem being, as cars lined up, turned around and left, lined up, left, etc ..they continued to ALL focus on the irate customer,ignoring everyone else. Took an hour (I was watching the clock,) to get helped. Once helped they did not have enough of the tires needed for my car and were unable to help. Overall, we wasted many hours for no solution. The guys, to be fair, are nice enough, however, there is clearly a training issue. Customer service, speed, thorough management of the lines, handling of difficult situations, and Communication are entirely lacking. Unfortunately, we will not return.

It's really hard to shop in the grocery section that has refrigerated doors. It's really hard to open and try and get any products when you are on a scooter. This was the worst design they could have came up with.

I went to get glasses at this Walmart. The lady the optometrist has been working there for 5 years. Did an excellent job got the right prescription very happy Great experience. This is after I got a prescription a couple days before at Fred Meyers on 72nd which I did not trust. The prescriptions were different and I know that the Fred Meyer prescription was wrong obviously I paid an extra hundred bucks to do it again.

I don't shop here a lot, but the little I do I am not impressed at all. TRASH!!! My biggest complaint is, I was parked in the parking lot waiting for my boss to follow to a new job site and security pulls up and ask me to leave the site. Mind you I'm parked all the way in back where the commercial rigs are parked, not taking up any parking for a customer. Needless to say the little shopping I do here is done. I'll drive longer to shop else where.
