Sold me a truck that knocks when u start it for 12800 and when I asked to be put in something else vehicle was 10000 told me I would have to pay out my pocket and pay 1600 in taxes and licensing again when I asked for owner phone number he refused and instead gave me a card with his email not the owner most crooked place don't go here I'm trying to save anyone who will listen from going through what I am they are not honest people

I went to Wilson's Motors to get a car knowing that my son and a friend had a bad experience with this company for having bought good looking but real bad cars. I still wanted to give it a try hoping that I will get a better luck than them. WHAt A MISTAKE! They are very nice when you first come. My first visit I did not find the car I wanted. I returned there a second time and chose a car that I had to return after only two days because of engine problems. Three trips later to the same place while they are still holding on to my down payment they recommended me a very good looking car a good price. I was hesitant about it but I said to myself "go ahead let's get it".SECOND BGGESt MISTSKE.
Three dayd later the car starts acting up. I returned to the dealership over and over and over complaining about the that getting worse and worse and finally died on the road after I spent tons of money trying to fix it since the first week of buying it. When I went back to them they said they cannot do anything for me .It's my luck. I don:t blame them. I blame myself for not learning from other people experience. If you don't want have the same experíence I honestly advise you to STAY AWAY from this company.

I had a great experience with Caleb. He was able to work with my needs and help me out when everyone else turned me away. I will definitely go back to purchase another vehicle.

Me and my family have been going here for 2 years bought a couple cars off there lot, tons of vehicles. I talked with Caleb and told him my situation money wise and he helped me out. Amazing little family owned business. Will definitely be getting more vehicles from them in the future.

Horrible horrible customer service... First time car buyers and he(Caleb) treated us as if we were lesser than him and then less than 30 days of having the car we start having transmission problems and also find a diagnostic report in the glove box from the previous owner showing a number of serious problems with the car and when we confronted him about it he said "that sucks I cant lose out on $7gs" so we are out $7gs and have to pay repair costs... And this wasn't even the half of it... If I could 100 negative stars!!

Family owned dealership with very low pressure salesman. Very fair and easy to work with. Will definitely be coming back in the future was in and out in 40 minutes.

Yesterday I bought a suv from this place. Which has changed its name to. ***********. I drove it home about 5 miles. I parked it. Went back a couple of hours later and it wouldn't start. Today less than 24 hours later I took it back and told them I'm not happy with it. I was told that they could not trade it for something else. That he could have a mechanic come look at it. Well the mechanic looked at it and told me he didn't know what the problem is. I was willing to trade. It has still been less than 24 hours and they are not willing to work with me. I want my cash back. Not a good business to deal with. I still owe on the piece of c*** they sold me. Not happy at all . They don't deserve any stars at all. Negative 5 stars Still waiting to find out what their solution is. I left it parked there.
