Called in to see if they had a paint color I was looking for. Faith said she would have it ready for me when I got there. She was a little busy but had my paint ready to go as soon as I got there!! Thank you Faith and great customer service as always!

Today is the 19th of May 2025 the guy in the paint department absolutely rude disrespectful 5 times are showing up there five times and not having the product that you guys say you have on your computer disgusting

Immediately up on entering the store I was greeted and asked if I needed help. Associate Emanuel stopped what he was doing and took me to the aisle for the item I was looking for. He was polite and very helpful while listening to what I needed. Appreciated the excellent customer service I received. Emanuel is a great asset to Ace Hardware.

I stopped by today to get some fly strips for fruit fly, and the minute I walked in the door Dalan Greeted me with a smile he was very helpful and super friendly, and made my experience. Great! He needs a raise!

Ruggiero's Ace Hardware deserves 5 Stars and more. Every time I go there I am greeted at the door and offered immediate help. They always have the products I need. They sell only high quality items. I have made two major purchases in the last two months. I am totally pleased by the quality of those items. They have a full-service repair shop too. You just can't go wrong shopping here.

Great place and friendly staff. It is smaller than the big ones but mainly because it is what you need for home maintenance except lumber and drywall. I love it.

The last 2 times we have gone on there looking for stuff, they told us to go across the street to Fred Meyer!!! Ok Ace instead of giving you our money, we will start going to feddys!!!! To add to your reply
It was for stuff you DID have!!! The older lady who always asked if she can help you find anything right when you walk in said you didn't have it and we found it and decided not to buy it cuz she told us to go to Fred Meyers!!! She's kind of giving away all of your business pretty sad!

The young lady that greeted me was very helpful! I was able to get exactly what I needed and the customer service was fabulous oh and the kitty cat that I thought was fake was super sweet
