Insane trying to get ahold of this place. They either never answer the phone, when you very seldom get a voice mail and leave a message they don’t return calls. I’ve left 4 messages over the last 3 weeks and not a single call back and that was after making a good 25 calls of an unanswered phone.
Edit. Tried one more time sending Wendi a voice mail and text, no response, sent her an email and clearly she passed me off to a lady named Janice, (how professional is that).. spoke with Janice and she was to get back to me in which SHE stated first thing in the morning, well, it is now 1:45 PM and no call back from Janice. I don’t get how this company does any business let alone has all these positive reviews. Makes ya wonder if their fake employee written reviews. Either way, I give up, there is to many other lenders out there than to deal with the headache of this one. If it’s this much a hassle just trying to get them on the phone I can imagine what a nightmear closing with them would be. No Thanks.

We had some challenges with APM during our closing. Our timeline was very tight and there were a series of miscommunications between a number of different groups, including APM and the HOA we were moving into. However, I cannot speak highly enough about the effort, dedication, and humility with which Carol Wirth helped us navigate all the challenges we faced, and the sympathy she showed when she righted what mistakes were made. If you go with APM, go with Carol Wirth.

My husband and I received assistance from Janice, who was extremely knowledgeable of our particular home loan needs. Janice always replied to our emails and answered our calls, and gave us excellent guidance especially when the rollercoaster ride was getting scary! Her team at American Pacific Mortgage made our home loan process go as smoothly as it could. We appreciate their hard work during this process and if we ever go through this process again we will go back to Janice for our home loan needs.

Carol Wirth is simply amazing! I will seek her out for any future home purchases and would recommend her to anyone.Carol helped me through the process of buying my first home. Having someone as knowledgeable and caring as Carol there through the process really alleviated a lot of the stress I was experiencing with purchasing my first home. I had so many questions and Carol was patient enough to answer them all. In fact, she proactively asked to set aside time to go through paperwork on different occasions to make sure I understood what I was signing and to answer questions. me. On top of all her other great attributes, Carol always responded quickly. Especially when I found myself in time sensitive situations, it was so incredibly helpful to have someone who could give me different price scenarios quickly so I could submit an informed offer. I even recall a time in which I asked for a price scenario for a home I was interested in with little time before the offer was due. Before I even asked Carol, she already had my offer letter sent to my realtor, who was able to get the offer in a minute before the offer was due. I couldn’t have done it without Carol’s quickness! I also work night shift and have a weird sleep schedule, but Carol was very accommodating and made still it work for me.If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, experienced, truly cares about you and wants the best for you, get Carol to be your loan officer!

Laura was great. This was our first time buying a home so we had a lot of questions. She was able to answer them all and helped us to understand everything we were doing. I will use Laura again in the future
