I have nothing but positive things to say about this company, they truly have been a pleasure to do business with. The office staff has been easy to get a hold of, kind and well informed. Mike came out and installed the tank and did a great job he was super knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant! Definitely will be recommending them to friends and family.

We moved away from AmeriGas to Aarow Propane a year ago after waiting 3 weeks for a propane refill, even while having the Guranteed-Fill option on our account.Over this last year, we have had nothing but positive interactions with Arrow. Their customer service is prompt and responsive. On our last fill their truck ran out before we will 100% filled and they came back the next day without any request or call from us. Their drivers are friendly and knowledgeable and do a great job at answering our questions.It is 100% worth it to go with a local company! There is always an actual person to talk to and our calls are returned very quickly.
