The staff is very friendly and professional. Side note: I went in to have what’s known as replacement of O rings for my denture implants. I get these 10 O rings replaced yearly. This year it cost me $410 for these little rubbery rings. That is excessive for my budget as I’m retired. . I’ll be going to a competitor that will save me $300. But, they do not offer the implant cleaning and Aspen is a fair price for that procedure, and will keep going to them for that.

I was set up with my consultation without delay. Upon arrival I was acknowledged professionally. I was given a tour of the complete facility. Every part of the procedure was fully explained. The imaging equipment is state of the art to clearly display my mouth and components. Hunter was awesome in following up with the process again and also offered several funding options.

Snotty front desk staff who are only interested in selling their extremely overpriced finance plan. The dentist was nice, but the front desk clerk Brittany was a complete b.

Aspen dental data bait and switch they get you in there tell you it’s 9300 on Facebook can you get in there and it’s $30,000 that really sucks

Not helpful at all; big waste of time. Went in for one specific concern and the doctor wanted to address three other issues in one sitting. Felt as if they were going for a high payment. Additionally, their systems were down and I was under the impression I would get a follow up phone call to take the next time. Never got a call back and I’ve already been to another dentist and had my concern taken care of same day.

Have been in Aspen dental a few times I have gotten or going to be getting my forever teeth should have them next week had a very good experience throughout all the procedures I have had 20 teeth take it out all teeth back in with dentures I would give them two thumbs up for their hospitality they're caring and their ability to make me happy throughout the whole experience thank you Aspen dental

Haven't found a great dental place in a long time, until I found Aspen dental. Went in for a cleaning and a crown let me tell you ? the team was absolutely wonderful, made me feel comfortable, they were caring very engaging, and fun to be around. Highly recommend going in! Forever grateful for the staff.

I dont normally leave reviews but honestly i’m just getting sick of how the medical system and dentists now just dont care and suck at their job.. I was seen for a root canal May 2023 and had to go with an insurance plan that costed 3,000$. I am in dire pain now from that same root canal.. which shouldn’t be possible if said Dentist actually did the root canal process correctly.. either do your job correctly or stop charging an arm and a leg just for us patients to wind up in pain AGAIN! Better yet.. just shut down and do us all a favor. Oh and to put said Dentist on blast (Zachary Phillip Chen) work on perfecting your skill in your career and stop covering up your shotty work with good bedside manner.

10/10 stars! Staff is knowledgeable, your evaluation is top notch. Plus the billing staff works with your insurance and makes the process easy for you.For your initial visit, you have to schedule 2 separate appointments. The first is a free exam, the second appointment is to clean your teeth.After this, scheduling is normal.This will be my forever dentist

Aspen Dental is amazing company and provides same day service. I was glad to get a crown same day . I love how staff is connected and work as a team. Dr. Ahmad is the best and generous with his understanding of patients needs, and they are always able to acomodate my financial needs. Aspen 4 LIFE.
