KYLE KAMINSKAS was my service representative and did an amazing job. He made sure all my concerns regarding the servicing of my car were addressed. I flew out of town for a couple of days and left my vehicle with Audi Spokane. Due to flight delays I wasn’t able to pick up my vehicle before the dealership closed. Kyle, met me after work hours to ensure I was able to pick up my car for the work week. He went above and beyond and I truly appreciated it.

We were on a long trek across half the country when we ran into engine problems with my Audi Q5. We called ahead from the road and they were able to get us in right away. The problem with the car ended up being the turbo charger and they went over and above making sure everything was running perfectly. Great customer service and communication. Can’t recommend them enough.

I highly recommend Audi Spokane to anyone looking for excellent and professional no hassle sales and service. I bought my car here in March and it was an easy no stress deal. Today I took my car in for its first service and once again it was professional, efficient, and excellent in every way. I have always been so hesitant in the past to do business with car dealerships and Audi Spokane has proven me wrong. I will continue to come here for all of my car needs in the future.

The sales associates were knowledgeable and helpful. I enjoyed dealing with them. I was disappointed to find out that a paid subscription is required to use the navigation system. For a luxury car company to do this is outrageous.
