My wife and I have taken our vehicles to AutoCraft for years, and they have always provided great service with clear and honest communication. I recently brought my car in at the last minute before a holiday, and they still managed to get the work done quickly so I could have it back in time. Their technician advisor, Jeremey, was especially helpful and professional, and I really appreciated how thorough he was.

Jeremy and team are incredibly professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. I moved to another part of town and still drive to the valley to have them do all maintenance/work on both of my vehicles.

My family have been customers of Aurocraft for over 20 years. They never fail to be friendly, knowledgeable and professional. 8+ cars they've cared for! They work to help me find affordable solutions to issues, even if it means they get less money from me. We have never had a repair fail or anything worse than a code not being cleared as far as the negatives. They put up with me and my dog waiting in the customer area through repairs with patience and no snarkiness. They always get us in quickly, get the work done in the time they predicted, and for the price quoted, and they answer all of our questions clearly. I recommend them to anyone looking for skilled, reliable auto mechanics, and I've known people who chose other garages who then ended up at Autocraft for a proper repair when their first choice let them down. They even just shrugged it off when we had a beloved vehicle towed to their lot, even though we knew it was totalled and Autocraft wouldn't be able to help, and let us leave it there for a day until we could clean it out. We have been loyal to them, because they have earned our business with every interaction.

The guys did a great job to a car that had not had service in quite a few years as well as a truck that needed some minor work. I've always had great and trusted service from them, and they repeated that great and trusted service once again. Plus they even drove the truck back to my home for me. I always recommend them to others who need car service, and once again they've still got a thankful customer in me.
