One of my vehicles had been sitting for around a year. I specifically explained this to them. I specifically requested an oil change, an overall inspection, battery charge, and all fluid top off for a vehicle that had been sitting for a year (coolant, trans, etc) Thank god I decided not to trust them and popped the hood. They didn't replace ANY fluids and I had been driving around with a BONE DRY coolant reservoir and noticed my car shifting extremely hard and squealing everywhere I go and of course, they didnt replace any transmission fluid. This could've caused permanent damage to my vehicle.. and may have already. Their front staff is kind but I would rather have a rude staff that can actually get the job done (if I had to pick) than ever come back here again. Do not trust them just because they're friendly to your face. I called them and politely explained the situation through voicemail, as I noticed this issue over the weekend... several days later, no call back. Don't bother addressing this issue because its too late and had a jiffy lube fix it for free (highly recommend all Spokane locations)Had I trusted this company, I would be without a working car. You lost a dedicated family of customers. Mistakes like this dont get second chances with all the other local options. available.

Great mechanics and customer service! I always take my car to them. They are always spot on with diagnostics and do quality work. I've always been offered a ride if I needed one, and communication is great.

We took our 1996 F350 truck to AutoCraft for a small exhaust leak/oil change on May 17th. Tuesday May 23rd, we got a call from Monica at AutoCraft to let us know that on Friday the 19th a technician had the truck on the lift, but didn't properly secure it and the truck rolled off. He opened the door to try and stop the truck, causing the drivers side door to be destroyed. Monica told us they'd send our truck to Washington Auto Collision to fix the door. Their repair cost was $4,700.After three weeks, sharing one car and never hearing back from Autocraft I called and insisted on a loaner vehicle. Monica assured me they were on it and promised she'd stay in regular contact with me and apologized for not updating us. I called again, was told Washington Auto Collision couldn't get to the door repair for an additional month. They had a cancellation and scheduled our repair for June 26th. While waiting for our appointment with Washington Auto Collusion we requested that AutoCraft complete the repair that we originally scheduled, but Monica informed us told that they couldn't find the part necessary for the scheduled repair. Basically, we scheduled an appointment and took our truck to AutoCraft for repairs that they absolutely couldn't do because the part was nowhere to be found and they destroyed our door in the process. I even had to call Washington Auto Collision direct to get the status updates that should have come from AutoCraft. The last call to AutoCraft to check the status of our truck we requested that AutoCraft at least complete the oil change that we scheduled in May. Finally today, August 2nd we were able to pick up our truck. Functionally the door will never quite be the same, aesthetically the door looks fine. 77 days total without our truck, very poor customer service with little communication from Monica or the owner from AutoCraft and to top it all off they still charged me for the oil change and tried to charge me $125 for diagnostics which I refused to pay. The damaged door wasn't even the real issue. Accidents happen and we are glad nobody was hurt. It was their complete lack of response, and lack of empathy. I will never use AutoCraft again. Wish I could give zero stars. What a terrible experience!!!!!

Dropped of my Dad's pickup while he was out of town. They were great about doing just necessary maintenance and providing recommendations for future. They also gave me a ride to facilitate picking it up and payment on same day. Highly recommend.

Brought my dear old, one owner Tercel in on Monday morning with clutch issues. They diagnosed it that day and had a very reasonable quote ready for me.No pressure to make a fast decision, which I very much appreciated. Monica and Miles are great! They really know their business and are not shy to inform customers of the best options and recommendations - even if when it's hard news to give. I have taken both of my vehicles to them for service and for a pre-purchase inspection. They are honest and deliver outstanding service - not just to the car, but to the customers that drive them! In fact, we are not just customers that pay their salaries, we are like family and have real relationship with them! Take your car to AutoCraft! They will treat you right!

If I could, I would give more than 5 stars. I was referred to AutoCraft by Carmax. I brought my car in expecting a major repair, hoping that my extended warranty would cover it, only to find out that my floor mat was in the way! Not only were Miles and Jason so kind and helpful, more importantly, they didn’t make me feel foolish for this. If/when my car does need an actual repair, they will 100% be getting my business!
