Today I spoke with a salesman (he will remain private) and I stated I was interested in the Lexus LX they had on their lot for 83 days. Well got all my questions answered but being I live in North Dakota they don't do CASH Sales over the phone. You would think being a cash sale would be an easy transaction but i guess not. I also was gonna have it shipped to me by a Company I've always used for all my Lexus vehicles. Policy over rides customer service I guess. UPDATE! I purchased my Lexus LX from Aston Martin of Chicago. Smooth CASH transaction over the phone and Excellent customer service.

Bought my mother n law a new truck and delt with drake he was very helpful and informative and kept us up to date on the special order thanks Drake not a fan of the general manager but drake kept us happy as much as he could

Bought a 2015 Tacoma from Connor. Seemed like everything was fine on the test drive. First hot day after purchase and the A/C is blowing warm air, after a couple minutes the light on the A/C button starts flashing. Called the dealership and was told the would check it out but would charge $90, no slack for having just bought the truck. SO THEY EITHER ARE NOT PERFORMING THE PRE-OWNED VEHICLE INSPECTIONS AS ADVERTISED OR THEY KNOWINGLY SELL A VEHICLE THAT HAS AN ISSUE WITH THE INTENTION OF GETTING THE CUSTOMER TO PAY FOR IT AFTER THE SALE!

We are very happy with AutoNation Toyota. In the process of buying of second Toyota from them. Our salesperson, James, for this purchase has been great. He was patient, answered all our questions quickly, and was a pleasure to work with. Service on our current car has always been satisfactory. Not only is Toyota a reliable vehicle but this dealership has proved to be dependable and highly ethical.

Had an absolutely horrible experience with this business. We were upsold over $6,400 worth of upsells that I never agreed to, adding 2 years to our loan. Have requested a refund and over a month later I am still waiting for it, and paying interest on it every day. I have filed complaints with with Washington State Attorney Generals Office and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Buyer beware!
