Worst experience ever took truck hostage for 3 weeks. Just got truck back and nothing was fixed. Truck has all the same issues as when I dropped it off, just pocket is 1600 less

I was in Spokane from Tacoma Area with a freeway breakdown.. Trent with Camp Chevrolet.. helped me to get a repair schedule that was 3 weeks ahead of the timeframe offered by the Chevy Auto Nation dealership where I was towed to.
I am grateful that Trent was able to get me back on road within a couple days. I have High Praise for Trent and CAMP CHEVROLET to help me thru a disaster.. Trent was sensitive to an out of town breakdown and what came with that ..He navigated my repair with great communications and never left me in doubt, I made the correct chouce, to move my Service Repair to Camp Chevrolet in Spokane

We have bought two of our vehicles from AutoNation Chevrolet. My car and my husbands truck and we both have had nothing but problems with their service department. They have the worst customer service and they charge you hundreds/thousands of dollars without fixing anything and even if you have a warranty they don’t honor it. We will never come back and I will NEVER buy another vehicle from Auto Nation! If you are thinking of buying a vehicle from them, please know that once you purchase and leave the lot they are done with you and you are better off to go elsewhere with any recall or issues with your vehicle because they absolutely don’t care and make that very clear.

I am always happy with the service advisors and the administrative people and the lounge. I had my ECU flashed and i understand you need to charge a shop rate of $195 but since flashing the ECU is only plugging in a connector to the car and then using a computer to do the flashing. Why charge me an extra shop charge of $32.24?? So coming to Autonation is expensive for me too.
