The service on my Ridgeline was done quickly and efficiently! They found a leak on an axle, so another appt was scheduled to fix that. Sterling told me it was still under warranty so I was very grateful he looked into that! Everyone was very kind and helpful!

Showed up to Spokane for a business conference and came across a smoking deal with AutoNation Honda Spokane Valley. Process was painless, and the service from Sam was top notch (even picked me up, no uber). If all dealerships start providing such great customer service, car buying will be fun again. Also, a shout out to Zach at F&I—really affable man who gave me some good laughs with some great stories.
Pleasant all around, hopefully I'll be in town again when it's time to change out another car in 2 years.

Bought our first Honda here in 2022, and it went smoothly and decided to go back. We got prequalified for my car, before stepping foot in a dealership. Picked out my car, 2025 Pilot Black addition, which I love! We were told not to use our pre approval as the dealership could get us a better rate and better payment. Plus the bank would take forever to pay them. What a mistake, took us 3x longer than it should have. Our salesmen Hunter made promises that he couldn’t keep. My husband gave a low score for experience there, due to the time it took to ever walk out the door. The salesman hounded him for a month, calling and leaving messages, even texting him, to change the rating on the score he provided Honda. Hunter told us the sales manager approved giving $500 and a tank of gas if he would change the score. Who wouldn’t want a free tank of gas! My husband changed his score, as he felt bad for Hunter. We never heard from any of them again. They got want they wanted. Not to mention the finance guy was shady from the get go, which should have been a red flag. It’s been 6 months, and I do have to say I love my Honda. We will not use Auto-nation again and decided to do all services at another local dealership.

Bought a new car at AutoNation and it was the most pleasant car buying experience I ever had: no pressure, no haggling, lots of expertise both in sales and finance, honored their written emailed quote even though the salesperson (Hunter) was out for the day due to illness. Hunter's teammate Arizona was a joy to work with as was Andrew in finance. Responsiveness during email negotiation was superb - every just about perfect.

Since purchasing my 2012 Honda Pilot as a used vehicle from a private source, I have had AutoNation Honda do all of the servicing. They do a great job at a reasonable price. They give me options on any services they recommend. I appreciate their record keeping and will continue to service my Pilot at this location.

New advisor at the desk. His name is Sterling and he did a "sterling" job, once I got him trained. He worked with me and made me happy with the discount that I asked for. Work was done in a short period of time and I am a happy camper. Prices have increased over the past many months, so a discount is appreciated.
