Service was good. Only complaint is the red/yellow/green rating sheet they use for inspections was provided to me as a black/white copy, making it difficult to review afterwards

This review is for the service department. Super friendly, kept me informed, car was returned clean and happy! It was a major repair and they had a loaner for me the whole time. The only thing I can fault them on: the replacement part sat for days because the initial technician was on vacation and they didn’t want to assign someone else to finish the job, delaying completion by 5 days

Josh was great to work with on a purchase we weren’t expecting but had little time to overcome our challenges. Our bank was slow to respond to our needs and by the time we went back the car we wanted had been sold. Josh found us another wonderful car in great condition and at a good price. They held the car for another few days while my bank was trying to catch up. Josh was not available for our first visit but his manager came out of his office to see how much he could help. Great customer service from the start.

Have purchased vehicles and had service from this dealer. All experiences have so far been great.
**Update** If you have a dash cam in your vehicle, and you take your vehicle in for service, they will disconnect it before service. I lost 2 weeks of recording following service before I realized what they did. Make sure you check following service. I guess they don't want us to see or hear what they are doing.

Great buying experience. Phebe didn’t pressure us at all, she just answered all of our questions via email and text and allowed us to go through the process at our own pace. We could have bought the exact same car at a different dealer for the same price but we really enjoyed dealing with Phebe and the rest of the team at Autonation. It was a completely different experience than we’ve had buying any other vehicle.

I had to bring my Subaru in for repair, unfortunately. Jacob and Mandy were both professional and attentive during the 2 weeks it took to get an approval from my warranty and do the repair. They provided me with a loaner car and updated me each step of the way and in the end, it cost me $0 and I drove away with a smile on my face. I will be back.
