First of all. Your company was as helpful as could be expected. Kade and Andrew were very helpful. They answered all my concerns. They had the one item fixed on the car that was only concern. Again I give your company a10 across the board.

This dealership was awesome! They worked really hard to get us the deal we needed. They were compassionate, honest and cared about more than just the deal. We will definitely be back

**Title: Subaru AutoNation Review: A Masterclass in Deception and Disappointment****Rating: ⭐ (One Star Is Generous)**This review serves as an urgent caution and a testament to Subaru AutoNation's disheartening practices, which starkly contrast with the integrity and transparency customers deserve. Our experience, marked by frustration and betrayal, exposes a deep-seated culture of negligence and unethical business tactics at this establishment.**The Incident:** Our vehicle's dashboard sporadically lit up, prompting us to seek professional assistance from Subaru AutoNation. Expecting a routine diagnostic process, we were instead subjected to a display of indifference and incompetence. Despite presenting multiple malfunction data codes from our own scanner, we were dismissed with a photo which showed an old voltage code from their diagnostic computer. This so-called diagnostic appointment resulted in a $200 charge, with the original issue persisting mere minutes post-departure.**Service Evasion and Profit Schemes:** It became evident that the dealership's technician was more inclined towards fabricating excuses rather than providing solutions, attributing the issue to an unrelated battery problem. This diversion tactic not only ignored the real issue but also hinted at a broader strategy of deflecting and misleading, ultimately aiming to coerce us into an unnecessary vehicle upgrade.**The Harsh Reality:** Our enlightenment came through the expertise of an independent mechanic who, with minimal effort and cost ($0.25 for a terminal, plus $200 labor), resolved the issue that Subaru AutoNation either couldn't or wouldn't. Our mechanic used the same code as the dealership to diagnose the problem. This incident sheds light on a grim reality: dealerships like Subaru AutoNation are predisposed to disregard essential repairs on high-mileage vehicles like ours, with 230,000 miles, instead opting for strategies that pressure customers into purchasing new or more expensive vehicles.**The Verdict:** The dealership's intentions were unmasked by their proposal to trade in our car for nothing, eyeing a profit from refurbishing and selling it, while simultaneously pushing a $39,000 used Ascent on us. This approach reeks of a deeply ingrained bait-and-switch scam, teetering on the boundaries of legality and morality.**The Culprit Identified:** The root cause, a compromised ground wire due to previous mishandling by the dealership, underscores a pattern of neglect and shoddy service. This revelation was not just about a single failed repair attempt; it reflected a systemic issue of disregard for customers welfare and vehicle safety.**In Conclusion:** While the $200 refund did little to mitigate our sense of betrayal, it confirmed our resolution to sever ties with Subaru AutoNation. Our advice to potential customers: proceed with caution, value your hard-earned money, and prioritize doing business with establishments that respect both. Let our experience serve as a clear warning against the deceptive practices lurking within Subaru AutoNation, urging you to seek transparency, honesty, and respect in your automotive dealings.

Finding a car that was everything we wanted was a delightful experience while working with Joshua. He educated us and knew all the right questions to ask to help us find the exact vehicle and price we needed.

Taylor Kirby was great at coordinating service needs for our car. He was thorough with explanations. Great listener with helpful feedback. Extremely easy to help me feel the care of our car could be fine tuned with services that were missed at another dealership when car was purchased. Taylor is a valuable employee to be representing your service department. I will return for all our car service needs with confidence this car will be well taken care of by your techs. The drive home today after service at Auto Nation was another change in the way the car handles. Whoever did all the work, deserves recognition for a very satisfied customer. Please extend my appreciation to all. Especially love the effects of the way the car handles after the alignment.ElWanda Groves

A+ service from start to finish! - Friendly arrival greeting (thank you Malachi), kept me posted on timing and what to expect, Subaru even helped me fix my laptop mouse so I could work from their handy public work station (next to the coffee - yay!) while I waited, and everybody was helpful and kind.

Amazing experience, this Subaru dealership is the best! Took my Impreza STI here for a few problems I had, my advisor Taylor did an amazing job of taking care of me. Very friendly and knowable about the brand, answered all of my questions and gave me very helpful advice on how to proceed with some pretty expensive repairs. Will definitely be coming back, 10/10!
