Ever since I moved to Spokane and have been taking my Honda civic here for service they have been prompt at getting me service whenever I need. Everyone is extremely nice and informative. I would especially suggest seeing Jeremy Guthas, he has been extremely helpful and kind everytime I’ve been the past few weeks. Will definitely as a woman be continuing to go to this Honda service center with my cars.

Working with Samer, Mike and Zach at AutoNation Honda Spokane Valley was a great experience. These guys really took care of me and made sure that all my questions were answered and that I was completely satisfied with my purchase.Will look to purchase with them again when that time comes.

I've bought my last three cars from AN Honda and keep coming back because they take such good care of me. Sam was great through the whole buying process this round, and Nikki back in the service department is always fantastic to deal with. When it's time to buy another car, I'll be back!

Our experience buying at Spokane Valley AutoNation was exactly what you would hope for when buying a car. No pressure tactics, no stalling, none of the dealership cliches. Having just moved into town, my wife and I had our two small children with us while we conducted the purchase and the team here was patient, kind, and accommodating from start to finish. Casey, the staff member who helped us, demonstrated genuine warmth and kindness while providing the kind of customer service everyone deserves when navigating a large purchase.Our next Honda purchase will be from here and, if you're in the market to buy, yours should be too.

All aspects of acquiring our new Honda Pilot went very smoothly. We were kept informed about when a Trailsport model in a color we wanted to look at would be arriving by our salesman. After it's arrival, the process of looking at and buying the Pilot went well, with friendly and knowledgeable salesman, sales manager, and finance person.

The service personnel were friendly and knowledgeable. I thought the video was a good idea but it really meant nothing to me because it was scanning the underside of my car and was so fast that I just feel like it wasn’t needed. If the video was slower pointing out some of the inspection with commentary then it would make more sense to me. Thanks!

Our entire experience with AutoNation Honda Spokane Valley was exceptional. We have no complaints. Logan Novak was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. While characterizing him this way, he was not pushy but he did keep the process moving along. He was, by far, the best overall automobile salesperson that we have interacted with. Other individuals that assisted in the sale of the 2024 Honda CR-V included David and Justin. They too were exceptional to work with.Thank you.

This car buying experience was easily the best one that we have ever had. Our salesperson, Sam, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Negotiations were conducted fairly and reasonably. During the entire process, it felt like Sam was always looking out for us.

Service has gotten bad. When you call the service and parts it goes to a call center not on site. Trying to return a call from a service person is impossible. Call center made me an appointment and when I showed up I did not a have a scheduled appointment. Really frustrating!!!Services: Battery

THEY JUST RELISTED THIS CAR! I really hope whoever is looking to buy it sees this!If I could give zero stars I would. We recently purchased a used Tahoe at this dealership. It looked great on the exterior and we were given an inspection list of all the 125 things that were inspected and it came with a 4 month warranty (we purchased additional as well) We did buy the car at night so conditions weren't great to be looking in detail at certain things but we trusted what they sold us and their warranted inspection process. We got home and my husband was looking over the car more and you can see the rust on the bottom of the vehicle. They listed this as passing their standards which is unacceptable. We were able to return the car because of their 250 mile or less return policy but when we went to return the car were treated poorly, no one apologized for their pure neglect in actually looking over the vehicle or the time that they wasted of ours. I was actually told by the salesman who asked if there was another car I would like to buy, if I really thought salesman looked at the underneath of cars, and was also told how lucky we were that they even had that policy. What he didn't know was that I had to hire a babysitter twice, to initially purchase the car and take it back and we live an hour away. It was really so rude and made their business sound very bad.I have since tried to call the manager to just give feedback and no one will return my call or even get on the phone. I left a voicemail and was put on hold and left there without anyone returning to the phone. Please do not give this business you business. Not only can you not trust their obvious lack of judgement in what is ok for a car to sell but also its just in poor taste how we were treated after the fact. Let the rust bucket photos speak for themselves and hopefully they don't relist this car.

I was defrauded by this company and it took a very courageous person to alert me no thanks to anyone at this company. The salesman Justin Daniel quoted me $1000 higher on the purchase price of my new vehicle. His manager caught this error and told justin to reduce the price. Then Justin approached me about purchasing my trade-in off the books for $1000. I agreed to this, then he came back and asked if I would take payment from deducting money off the purchase price of the new car as a "owed" favor from justin Daniel's manager. I also agreed to this but unbeknownst to me he defrauded me.Justin Rogers the branch manger called me to find out where my trade-in was, and I alerted him of the deal that went down! at no time did he alert me that I was defrauded. Justin rogers did fire Justin Daniel for curbing but wrote him a positive review and is now at Camp Chevy! I have not received any payment for my 2000 CRV he stole and then sold for a huge profit.

I purchased GAP and an extended warranty with my new vehicle a week ago. After further thought on both, I decided the next day that I would like to cancel, I also found when adding the vehicle to my insurance policy I already HAVE GAP coverage. I have left numerous emails and phone with my Sales agent along with voice messages to the finance person Cole and personal messages with Kayce in the Sales department and have not received one single call or email back about my request. The communication is terrible and I feel absolutely disrespected and taken advantage of. They took my money for the car and could care less about the follow through. I will not recommend AutoNation to any person purchasing a new vehicle.

Can we give 0 stars? I purchased a car from automation Honda in roughly February. While testdriving the brakes were squeaking really bad. I mentioned to my sales rep that the speaking would need to be fixed and that it would need to be contingent of the sale. So I buy the car same day (with an aftermarket warranty). Appointment was set up to fix the squeeking. The first time I go in they tried to blame me saying that I must drive on really dirty roads. They clean them off and say they are good. But continued to squeak. This series of events happened 5 time. Where the 5th time the service manager tells me they will need a different type of pad to stop the speaking. The sales department then calls me and tells me they aren't going to pay for it to get fixed and that my only option way to buy a new car. So I go in to talk to them and they acted like they had no clue what I was talking about told me they would have to pull my file and look through it and that it would take a few minutes. I sat for 20 minutes then find the guy that said he would be pulling my paperwork. He tells me he forgot and hadn't even started looking at anything. He says he will pull it and give me a call the next day. No call happened... of course. So I call a week and 2 days later and again explain the whole situation. The guy tells me he's not going to deal with my attitude and hangs up. So I go in and they tell me they will not fix it and that my option is to pay for it in full or deal with the squeaking.

Couldn’t be more pleased with my experience at AutoNation Honda. I worked with Brian, David, and Justen and they were able to address all of my questions and make the entire process simple. This was my second car bought from them and I will be back again! Thank you AutoNation for all your help!
