I have had an amazing experience with both the service and sales department. I leased a car and after driving it for 2 days I realized that I hated the car. They let me bring the car back and trade it for something else! We won't go anywhere else.

Walked in 45 minutes early. They couldn’t find my appointment person, Jamie, so the gentleman just said here I’ll take care of you. Got my oil changed and all my fluids checked in 45 minutes. In and out. Happy. Will use again??

I had a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation and went in for that service. They got me in a little early and I was out within 1.5 hrs. All good! My only other comment is that I also had a coupon for free windshield wiper blades and ask that be done but was told they could only usec1 coupon per visit. So I came back the next day for that, which took less than 10 min. and the gal that helped me with that was surprised they wouldn't do that the day before while I was there. I was surprised too as it was a very minor "ask".

They advised us on what needed to be done. We were able to use coupons that they mailed us to get free oil chance and 35% off service work. They always do a good job and are honest to deal with.

I own a 2014 Toyota RAV4 with 77k miles . I purchased the 2014 from Toyota Auto Nation on September 28th. My sales person Corbin, went above a behond during the closing of my purchase.
I noticed that the brakes felt soft, so I scheduled an appointment with my finance manager, Chief, to have them diagnosed and repaired. The issue was promptly addressed, and the brakes were diagnosed and bled within a reasonable timeframe of 3.5 hours. I commend Samuel, my service writer, for his composed and patient demeanor throughout the process. The overall experience was straightforward and hassle-free.
Toyota Auto Nation's recently renovated facility provides a comfortable and user-friendly environment for customers. The waiting area is well-designed, making the time spent there pass quickly.
I am pleased to report that my vehicle was returned to me in a clean condition after the service.
Furthermore, I recently had my car detailed on Friday the 4th of October at Tacoma Auto Nation. I was provided with a Toyota Camry as a loaner car. I have yet to retrieve my vehicle, as I was advised to relax and return the loaner car the following day.
In my opinion, Toyota Auto Nation stands out as an exceptional dealership that offers a superior customer experience, akin to a "spa" in the automotive industry.

My truck was processed as soon as I arrived. This was the first visit with my new Tundra. They checked all the systems to make sure there were no problems. Brakes examined, fluids filled, and tires rotated. I waited about one hour for the dealer to finish. They also answered questions that I had to my satisfaction. Overall good job, but, it would have been nice if they cleaned off my bug covered front window.
