From initial online contact through purchase they were consistent, fair and followed through on price and trade in offers. I kept waiting for the ol' rope-a-dope that never came. Jeremy was very easy to work with. He was professional and took great care of us throughout the car buying process. Likewise Kylee in finance answered all our questions and completed our purchase without any issues. A good car dealer is rare, but in my experience AutoNation Toyota did great.

We had a really great experience here! I tend to shop around for a while before deciding on what kind of vehicle to buy and a lot of other dealerships pressure me too much and make me feel anxious. I did not feel that way here. Kelsey was so kind and knowlegable and helped me decide on the best car for our expanding family with out making me feel rushed or anxious. Thank you !

When I made the appointment, I clearly indicated I wanted Toyota'srecommended 40,000 mile maintenance plus replacing all 3 windshield wipers.After just a simple walkaround of the car, the service specialist said Ineeded differential fluid changed, brake system flushed and fluid replaced,that my tires were at 2/32 and needed replacement, rear wiper neededreplacement. Well first of all, I knew my tires were getting to where theyneeded replacement soon, but ALL were at 3/32+. Then I said I ONLY wantedrecommended 40,000 maintenance, nothing more nothing less. He sort ofargued saying he didn't know if or what I had done at 30,000 miles. I toldhim that I had all maintenance performed at that same place so they shouldhave those records. Then he said 'so you only want an oil change'? I saidthe recommended Toyota maintenance also had rotate tires and yes, I wantedthat as I had already scheduled. Then he said 'so you don't want wiperreplaced'? I again told him I had already requested all 3 wipers to bereplaced. When service was done, he was apologetic which is the only reasonI am giving 2 stars vs the 1 star that is probably deserved. It just bugsme when service centers try to upsell you on things, even before performingan inspection on the vehicle (other than a simple walkaround).

Front desk is nice enough. Staff is curtious. But Simple oil changes are problematic. Filter canisters over tightened leaving broken fins on canisters. Missing bolts In skidplates. Nuts driven in with impact wrench so tight I had to have one drilled and chiseled out. High cost of free oil changes. I stopped going there left paid oil chages on the books . I'm still driving with one fastener missing from Main skidplate.

I would recommend NO STARS. I came in at 1:00 pm for a 1:30 appointment for a trip inspection. One hour tops they said. I FINALLY got the car back at 3:30 pm and the wheels are scraping, the brakes are squealing and I don't know what the heck they have done to my car. I was supposed to be home so that my daughter could go to work and now she can't go because I can't go! DON'T COME HERE!!! UPDATE: I returned to the dealership. They blamed me for getting aftermarket brakes. However, they were not making noise before I came in. And the only ones to work on this vehicle are Toyota dealers. The noise in the wheels and tires was fixed, but now there is a persistent rattle. I wish I had NEVER brought my vehicle here today. I advise you to not do it... EVER.

The Co forced to let go of all Receptionists so no one is there to answer the ph or Qs. 1 part-time person only. Sales and maintenance are busy on the floor so they cant answer our calls.Its "cheap" to pay an admin staff salary compared to $1000's being lost to SALES, and Customer Service. Corporate, please get your HELP back on board. Thank you

I purchased my truck there and they did not fulfill the contract.Covid played a great deal, but they still should have fulfilled their agreement.
