My maintenance light came on. When I got home, I was able to schedule an appointment within two days. I dropped off the vehicle, recieved a text with the diagnostics. The repair was covered. Had my vehicle back at the end of the day. Great communication, excellent customer service.

This saga started over six months ago when my cameras quit randomly. I took it in and they didn’t have time to do more than update the software. When I took it home I found that the update didn’t work so they wanted me to bring it in again when it was not working so they could read the codes which I did so they made another appointment to troubleshoot. At that next appointment they wanted to replace the control module but didn’t have one. So I took it home and had to bring it in for the module once it arrived. After I took it home I found that fix didn’t work so I had to bring it in again so they could look at it and they decided to replace the cable in the harness. But of course they didn’t have one so they had to order it. So I took it home again without being fixed. They called when the cable came in and I made another appointment to get it replaced but not before the check engine light came on. So I took it in for the light and to replace the cable. The cable that came in was the wrong cable so they couldn’t replace it but the check engine light was for a worn gear set in the intake variable throat. They would not let me drive it until it was fixed for fear it would destroy the turbo. So they kept my truck. It took over four weeks before they had the parts and another three days to fix it. during which time I had no truck. So they had my truck for almost five weeks. They offered me a rental car but would not let me have a truck so I declined. I just picked it up yesterday so will see if my camera problem is finally fixed. Six trips in to the dealer and probably upwards of six weeks of not having my truck to drive. When I commented on the long time without my truck, the service coordinator said that was the world we live in today. Really????

1. Made the appointment in person. The appointment slotted for 1-5 hours to complete. Told them I would need a ride home as I couldn't wait there for 5 hours. My appointment was set for 0800 which is when I was told the "shuttle driver" would arrive.
2. Got there at 0800 and informed them I needed shuttle transportation back home. Was informed then the driver doesn't come in until 0900. Waited until about 0920 and went to the service desk to ask about shuttle transportation and was then told the shuttle driver did not show up to work. So there was no transportation available.
3. Finally informed my vehicle work was completed and would be about 15 minutes to complete paperwork. Waited about 45 minutes before it was finally ready to pick up. Was told they were waiting for a post maintenance inspection. Not exactly how they inspect a computer software update?
4. Software update was to fix radio issues and enhance your driving experience. Radio shut off on the way home.

The staff at Chevrolet autonation were friendly and knowledgeable, and the show room was clean and inviting. They were quick to assist me made the buying experience easy. I give four stars because I had reservations to see the vehicle I was interested in. However, a couple showed up before me unannounced and took the vehicle and the sales person leaving me waiting and out of the truck I had intended on buying. Luckily, it was remedied by showing me a similar model in the same trim, but a different color. Overall, I would come back for a new vehicle, but I may skip the reservations.

Tried to schedule a service on my van's sliding door service told me that I had to talk to the parts department and order a new lock mechanism stood in line for a half hour while the parts guy was talking to the customer in front of me.

I have to say I was very pleased with how my visit turned out. Even tho I received an email saying my appointment was set, somehow it didn't get properly updated in the system. But the guys still got me in and taken care of in a timely manner so thank you guys
