I went in for a 20,000 mile check up for my car and only got an oil change. I wanted them to inspect my tires as the check uo stated they would and my rear tire still shakes and they did not say anything about it so I'm a little disappointed in that,,but overall the staff was friendly

Good communication, takes longer than preferred but I understand places can be busy. But the payment plans and staff have been great. Don’t know if Adam the service manager is still working there but he was a huge help. And Leon also.
