This is the store to come to if you want old school service. Raul is a man of his word. Hes professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. We don't know each other and yet he went above and beyond to make sure I got the parts I needed. Raul even offered great tips to get the job done easier. Service doesn't get better than that.

Each time I have been here the workers have gone above and beyond to not only fix my issues but also help me understand anything I am unsure on.
Raul is an absolute saint and so helpful. Kindest man I have met thus far. Best place for you and your car to feel taken care of.

Randy was extremely on point with his customer service. He knew where everything was and was very fast to get me the items. I had a headlight issue, and with out me having to ask, he came out and helped! Great and outstanding worker. Man deserves a raise!!

Came in for windshield wiper replacements. This is the Second Time Brandon C. Has helped me. He is amazing. He looked up what I needed grabbed them off the shelf for me and got me the on sale fluid too! He even OFFERED to install them all for me for FREE! This the best service I have had in a very long time! Kudos to you Brandon and kudos to AutoZone!

This auto zone is amazing!!! Stuck outside as a mama of 2 with my kiddos and the car down for the count Raul had me and my two kids on our way home safe and sound in less then an hour much appreciation for him and his knowledge, also made my kiddos giggle in a stressful moment

I needed a headlight replaced on a 2014 Subaru. I’ve been told access is so difficult it has to be done by a mechanic. Shelby, at the east Sprague location, took the time and effort to get it done for me. She is smart, patient and resourceful!

Ladies, do not trust this place for honest help. Seemed clear to me immediately that the manager Vincent thought I knew nothing and would just do as he said. I asked for the most inexpensive battery that would fit my vehicle. He spent about 5 seconds looking at his inventory and brought back a battery telling me that the days of batteries for under a hundred dollars are gone. I asked if he was sure he had nothing cheaper as I am out of work due to a health issue. He said no. I purchased the battery and gave him the old. I went to my car and looked myself and found they had a battery $50 less in stock for my vehicle. I went back in and requested to exchange. No, apology… he seemed irritated to help me again. Then he tried to refund me only $30. He acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about and required me to explain that I understand what a core charge is and that I never even left the parking lot and was exchanging the more expensive battery he sold me so there shouldn’t be a second core charge added to lessen my refund. It definitely seemed intentional like I wouldn’t understand what the core charge was and would just pay it. I left with a single new battery, provided one old battery for the refund of the core charge so adding a second core charge makes no sense. The store was was not busy there was no line but they offered no assistance to help me pack in and out the various batteries not even getting the door for me. No thank you’s or apologies we spoken for my business or the errors made. Glad the guys at the auto zone near where I live have always been respectful and honest, too bad I can’t say the same for this location.

My friend and I are on an out-of-state roadtrip when we realized one of our headlights was out. We stopped at AutoZone store#13911. Aaron G went above and beyond! We are super grateful for his excellence in service and care! No popeye ticket for us.
